Did he ever wrestle in WWF or WCW before 2001?
Yes. In the beginning of 1993 he wrestled in WCW as Robbie V but was mainly used to lose to other wrestlers so he returned to the independent wrestling scene. In the beginning of 1997 he wrestled for two weeks on WWF RAW as part of the ECW invasion storyline and was actually suppose to join the WWF but those plans fell through and he returned to ECW right after.

What was the name "Mr. Monday Night" for?
The "Mr. Monday Night" gimmick meant that Rob Van Dam was going to leave ECW and wrestle on "Monday Nights" meaning he was going to join WWF and WCW at anytime. The gimmick first started at ECW's Barely Legal as part of his "I don't respect anyone" gimmick.

What does "RVD 4:20" mean?
4:20 is a reference to the drug marijiuana meaning RVD uses pot or use to. $;@0 also refers to the police radio code for pot usage in California. In ECW, who defeated Rob Van Dam for the ECW Television Title? And did Jerry Lynn ever pin Rob Van Dam at all?(like in a regular match or a title match or anything?)
RVD was stripped of his Television title due to an injury. A tournament was held for the vacated title and Super Crazy defeated Rhino to win it. Jerry Lynn pinned Rob Van Dam at the ECW Hardcore Heaven 2000 PPV. The match was a regular match since RVD wasn't TV champ at that PPV. On the other hand, Rob Van Dam has pinned Jerry Lynn five different times and all of them where title matches except one if I am not mistaken.
