This weekend Konnan revealed on the MLW Podcast that the planned launch date for AAA’s show on the new American El Rey channel was March 2014, and that they would probably start taping for that show in December of this year. He said that they are thinking of doing a reality series for the channel to introduce some of the AAA stars.

– The mystery man in the Main Event is likely Hijo del Fantasma.
– Venum and Ludxor are “new” characters but they are actually new versions of characters from the 90’s. The original Venum & Ludxor were members of Los Cadetes del Espacio which also featured Discovery, Frisbee, and Boomerang. They were a very popular tecnico high flying group, the most well known would be Frisbee who would later become Skayde. The new Venum & Ludxor are expected to be Lucky Boy & Nino de Ebano repackaged. This could be a new version of Los Cadetes or maybe Aerostar is reforming Real Fuerza Aerea.
– Juventud is forming a new group called Anarquia with Pain & Eterno and he has been all over social media saying that there would be “no more dancing bullsh*t” and that he was tired of playing nice.

Wagner’s Son Walks Out On Match
In a weird incident over the weekend Dr. Wagner III (or Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr.), the son of Dr. Wagner Jr., walked on a match he was involved in at Arena Coliseo Monterrey very early into the match because he injured his finger. Fans were very pissed and I’m not sure if this was something real or if it was playing on the drama that surrounded a recent finger injury that Sin Cara suffered in WWE.
Flamita & Rocky Lobo in Japan
Indy luchadors Flamita and Rocky Lobo are currently on their first tour of Japan with Dragon Gate. Lobo is the son of Rey Cuervo and the nephew of Super Crazy. AAA’s Dinastia and Crazy Boy are his cousins along with fellow Indy wrestler Pesadilla.
