Juventud Gone from AAA Again
The Wrestling Observer revealed that Juventud Guerrera has left, or been fired, from AAA yet again. The Observer claims that wrestlers were complaining about Juvi being selfish in the ring, something that has been said about him many times. This is the reason Daga was announced as the new member of La Anarquia. Juvi has stated publicly that he is still with AAA, he’s just healing from his recent foot injury.

Jushin Liger Coming to PWR
This week California lucha promotion PWR announced that legendary Japanese star Jushin Thunder Liger is coming to PWR on 05/18 to face Blue Demon Jr. for the PWR Heavyweight Championship in Morgan Hill, CA. Mascara Sagrada, Atlantis, Damian 666, and Pequeno Hallowen are all scheduled for that huge card as well!
New Lucha Team Forms in NXT
This past week at WWE’s NXT tapings Kalisto, formerly Octagon Jr. in AAA and Samuray del Sol on the Indies, and El Local, Ricardo Rodriguez, formed a new masked lucha team in WWE’s developmental territory NXT. Both have been mentioning this new team on their twitter’s constantly since then. El Local used to wrestle under a mask as Chimaera as a very talented high flyer. He even worked for promotions like CHIKARA in America and Dragon Gate USA before being signed to WWE and becoming Alberto del Rio’s personal ring announcer. He’s also wrestled at times in dark matches and at house shows under his Chimaera mask going by the name El Local. Recently he and a masked Tyson Kidd have teamed up as Los Locales as well as Rodriguez being on the Spanish Announce team for WWE PPVs. Kalisto made his debut in this team on NXT with El Local. It should be an interesting team and possibly very good, but it is likely that they will be split up when Kalisto is brought to the main roster no matter how good the team gets.
Tigre Uno Goes for X-Division Title
Sunday night at TNA’s “Sacrifice” PPV former AAA Cruiserweight Champion Extreme Tiger, nwo known as Tigre Uno, faces X-Division Champion Sanada in the finale of their Best of Three Series to decide the X-Division Champion. Sanada won their first match up but Tigre evened things up last week with a win over Sanada. Now, the two meet each other in the deciding match up on PPV.
