One final BIG match added to Power Trip Wrestling’s 3rd Birthday Show – ‘Chasing Dreams’, Saturday 6th March 2010, Luton.
We do things, the PTW way. We pride ourselves on giving chances. We pride ourselves on helping others. And one thing at Power Trip Wrestling, we firmly believe in – is the giving of opportunity. With that in mind, we’ve added one final match to the card on Saturday 6th March 2010, in Luton; and it’s a tag team match. Three of the wrestlers in question are making their PTW debuts, and one is making his debut in PTW’s hometown of Luton.
PTW’s boss, Petey Staniforth, was quoted as saying the following, “These four have not been seen this far down south for any other wrestling promotion, so it’s another example of PTW pushing the envelope, and thinking outside of the box. This will be the first of what I hope will be many PTW “Opportunity Knocks” matches, where selected wrestlers from chosen other promotions are given the opportunity to showcase their talent; and get to wrestle in another part of the country and be seen. I wish them the best of luck on the evening, and we at Power Trip Wrestling welcome them with open arms.”
On one side, will be the newly formed and exciting team of Evan Sarven, and Chris Brookes.
On the other side, a team based on arrogance, and one that has more experience together in the ring; the team of Ben Rage (who received the much vaunted Dino Scarlo Award this year), and his XWA Tag Team Partner JD Sassoon.
Quite simply, for these four young men, at Power Trip Wrestling…. “Opportunity Knocks”.
