Be the next Raw, SmackDown, NXT or TNA superstar by fulfilling your dream to become a superstar as the training facility hosts a free Open House Tour Tuesday, September 7 at 6:00 pm.

Established in 1999, IWF Wrestling School in West Paterson, NJ, trains hundreds of prospects from 20 states and nine countries that compete in bouts across the world.

This year marks the 11th Anniversary of the famous facility, recognized as the premiere school in the Northeast by countless television news and media outlets.

Kevin Knight, a 14-year veteran, leads classes three days a week covering basic holds and high-flying moves. 22 home-grown graduates performed on WWE Raw, SmackDown, and Pay-Per-View events, including Darren Young of WWE Raw and NXT Nexus.

“Wrestlers excel in our program and receive WWE contracts as a result of our first-rate training regimen, coupled with our friendly and safe environment,” said Knight.

Former President of the National Wrestling Alliance, Howard Brody is now on The Wrestling Hotseat at http://www.myvirtualbc.com/wrestlinghotseat.htm

He is one of the reasons that the NWA survived. His story of triumph and tragedy is greatly detailed in “Swimming with Piranhas: Surviving the Politics of Professional Wrestling” and we discuss the contents of the book, the writing process, his career, and the men and women who make the story so memorable, and so much more. We discuss many aspects of his career including:

* Being the first promotion to have professional wrestling in China (no the WWE was NOT the first)
* The Florida wrestling scene and who he thought was the top talent
* Thoughts on the New Heavenly Bodies, The Shane Twins, Scoot Andrews, Lex Lovett, Buck Quartermaine and many others…
* What he would’ve done when TNA wanted control of the NWA World Titles
* An untapped market that could lead a company to be number one in the world
* Memories of Hiro Matsuda
* The Ring Warriors Project and how it would have changed wrestling
* If a product like Ring Warriors could work today
* Writing the book and the emotions he felt writing it
* Thoughts and memories of the late great Luna Vachon including some really funny rib stories that she pulled

and Much More!

This is a very revealing and personal interview, with great insight into one of the unsung heroes of professional wreslting. The book should be required reading and the interview is a great introduction before reading the book!
