Mercedes Martinez Defends WSU World Championship For the 31st Time
What more can we here at Women Superstars Uncensored (WSU) say about Mercedes Martinez? Mercedes Martinez, the greatest womens wrestler today, defended the WSU World Championship for a record 31st time this past Saturday night. Mercedes Martinez has made more defenses of her WSU World Title than any other woman champion today. Martinez is the longest reigning champion in womens wrestling right now and without a shadow of a doubt has made the WSU World Title the most prestigious championship in all of womens wrestling today.

At ACE Pro Wrestling, on 10/16, Martinez defended her world title against the WSU Tag Team Champions, Jana & Cindy Rogers, in a triple threat match. The match started off as one would expect, as Jana & Rogers took turns beating down the fighting champion. However, Martinez would fight back and eventually neutralize her opponent’s advantage.

Despite working together as a unit, Jana & Rogers seemed to make several mistakes. Martinez was able to capitalize. While Rogers had Martinez up for a fireman’s carry, Rogers went to spin with Martinez to get more power, but accidentally bumped into Jana. Jana went flying. The small mistake was costly for Rogers, as Martinez took advantage of Rogers confusion and rolled her up for the 1-2-3.

For Rogers & Jana, frustration set in. Both women have had shots at the WSU World Championship in the past, but neither have been able to win that prestigious championship. Again, Martinez proved why she is the best in the world.

After the match, Rogers & Jana, the WSU Tag Team Champions, representing the Cosmo Club, viciously attacked Martinez from the back. The attack would be short-lived, as the #1 contenders to the WSU Tag Team Championships, Tina San Antonio & Marti Belle, collectively known as The Belle Saints, ran in to help Martinez.

The Saints chased the WSU Tag Team Champions out of the ring, the very tag team champions the Saints will be facing on 11/6 when WSU debuts on iPPV.

Mercedes Martinez thanked the Saints for their help and gave the Saints her endorsement, calling the current WSU Tag Team Champions, “Paper Champs”.

Danny Duggan sent this in:

10/17- Oct 15th Results.

1) In the opening contest “Hotshot” Danny Duggan pinned “Fabulous Creebird” Billy Blaze.

– Following the match Duggan called out Mentallo to explain his actions for cashing in his contract when he did costing Duggan the CWE title. After Mentallo gave his side of the story an agreement was made that Mentallo would defend his title against Duggan Nov 27th in Winnipeg. This brought out Sanchez who said the match will never take place as later in the night he was scheduled to wrestle Mentallo and was going to recapture the CWE title.

2) Newly crowned CWE Tag Team champions “The Face of Country Music” JJ Sanchez & “Big” Cliff Corleone w/HUMP & a new female counterpart defeated Tommy Lee Curtis & Tyler Colton to retain the CWE Tag Team titles.

– B. Brian Rich addressed the crowd giving an update on his condition after being carried out in an ambulance weeks prior with a severe neck injury. He explained that things didn’t look good and he may never wrestle again. Antonio Scorpio Jr. made his much anticipated debut by entering the ring and knocking over the injured Rich. Colton & Curtis came back out to try and prevent the attack and were destroyed with high impact suplexes. Scorpio then proceeded to deliver a jumping tombstone piledriver to Rich forcing Rich to be rushed back to the hospital. Scorpio explained that people were wondering who took out Zack Mercury last month. He then proceeded to inform everyone it was him!

3) “Pimp Daddy” Rick Matthews retained his 123Approved Open Rules title in a no count out match against “The Brickhouse” Paul Arcidi but lost the match by disqualification after a brutal beat down of Arcidi with his metal cane.

4) “The Pissed Off Pitbull” Robby Royce pinned Kevy Chevy after Billy Blaze attempted to help Chevy and it backfired although Chevy was in control of the match and was without need of assistance. Royce was originally scheduled to wrestle Bobby Fox who didn’t come out when announced only for everyone to be informed by Royce that just like Zack Mercury last month Fox may have had an “accident” in the back. Royce said the war was over before it started which brought out Chevy as Fox’s replacement.

5) “Beautiful” Bobby Jay pinned the debuting “Rebel” Bobby Collins.

6) The CWE Title match between champion Mentallo and challenger AJ Sanchez was ruled a no contest. Referee Kelly Russell got in the way of a Sanchez second rope drop kick leaving him unconscious. Sanchez took the opportunity to try and hit Mentallo with the championship which brought out Danny Duggan. Duggan grabbed the title and swung at Sanchez who ducked leaving Mentallo accidentally taking the title to the head. This led to a very heated brawl between the three men that caused the locker room toll empty out and try and contain the men. After several minutes the situation was contained leaving Mentallo in the ring with his championship signaling to both men they can come and get it anytime they want.

CWE returns to action Saturday November 27th in Winnipeg, MB and Sunday November 28th in Thunder Bay, ON featuring WWE Legends and former WWF tag team champions Demolition and 2 Time Ring of Honor World champion Austin Aries! Stay tuned to www.thecwe.ca for more information.

RCW makes its huge return on Nov. 6th as they bring you The Fallout! At the last RCW show a huge battle went down as it was Team CZW taking on Team RCW. Earlier that day, RCW Heavyweight Champion B-Boy was stripped of the title due to injury and it was declared that the winner of the HUGE Wargames match would get to chose the new RCW champion. Everything was lined up until Christian York turned on Team RCW and was handed the title by CZW owner DJ Hyde. Over the past few months RCW management has been doing everything in there power to make sure the RCW title stays in Real Championship Wrestling. You need to be there to find out what happens!

ALREADY ANNOUNCED!

RCW Tag Team Champions, Drew Blood and Devon Moore (Notorious Inc.) are undergoing a little controversy with the recent retirement of Drew Blood. No decision has been made yet from RCW management concering the titles. But we have two HUGE tag team matches that could go a long way in figuring it all out.

The Hit Squad vs. NI4NI

And for the first time, Former RCW Tag Team Champions The Briscoe Brothers will be taking on the Osirian Portal.

Mia Yim vs. Chikara’s and BDK Member Daizee Haze.

Ryan McBride vs. Delirious.

Jigsaw vs. Azrieal.

And for the RCW Heavyweight Title, it will be Christian York taking on Ruckus. Earlier this month Ruckus demanded a title match after York turned his back on Team RCW and has put his RCW career on the line. Winner takes all!
