One of Long Island’s all around best technical stars “Maverick” Tony Nese will make his PWS debut against the debuting high flying sensation Shiima Xion of AAA Mexico fame.

“The Prince Of Old School” Justin Corino has issued a special Old School Challenge which has been accepted by WWE Legend Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake.

1/18- CWE Presents Do or Die: The 2 Year Anniversary Show

Canadian Wrestling’s Elite gets ready to celebrate its second birthday on Friday, February 4th in Winnipeg, Manitoba with Do or Die: The 2 Year Anniversary Show. Tickets are now available for this historic event. Scheduled for Feb 4th,

CWE Championship Match
CWE Champion Mentallo vs, “Hotshot” Danny Duggan

For the first time in CWE history perhaps the two most popular wrestlers in the company’s existence are scheduled to do battle. Mentallo created a lot of controversy when he cashed in his contract for any match he wanted just seconds after Danny Duggan finally won the CWE championship from AJ Sanchez and quickly became the 3rd champion in company history. Over 4 months later these two will face each other in a much anticipated encounter to determine the better man. Duggan and Mentallo’s respect for each took a turn for the worst month after month exploding Jan 7th at Last Call. Mentallo headlined the first ever CWE show against now WWE US champion Bryan Danielson and the 1st year anniversary show against then ROH World Champion Austin Aries. Two years later Mentallo headlines again and has still yet to be pinned or submitted in a CWE ring, will there be a changing of the championship and the face of CWE on February 4th?

Former WWE US & IC Champion Carlito “Caribbean Cool” Colon vs. Former CWE Champion AJ Sanchez

CWE has housed many mega stars over its two year history but the response and anticipation for Carlito has easily been one of the biggest. The international star comes from the historic Colon family and went from great success in his homeland of Puerto Rico to great success on the biggest stage of them all, World Wrestling Entertainment. Carlito’s CWE debut will be against one of the most successful stars in CWE and the first ever CWE champion AJ Sanchez. Sanchez is no stranger to big match situations as before and during his 8 month title reign Sanchez competed against and defeated many top international stars. Looking to get back right into the title picture Sanchez claims he is going right to the top of the barrel with Carlito rather than starting at the bottom. An encounter that is can’t miss!

CWE Tag Team Title Match
CWE Tag Team Champions JJ Sanchez & “Big” Cliff Corleone w/HUMP & Daisy Mae vs. The Strip N Dales vs. Team Impact w/”Canadian Loose Cannon” TJ Bratt

The CWE Tag Team Title picture has heated up and will com bust on February 4th! Reigning champions JJ Sanchez & “Big” Cliff have their toughest challenge to date when they have to wrestle not one but two of the top tag teams in CWE, After dirty business played a factor in the finish of their title defense against number one contenders the Strip N Dales management have granted the Strip N Dales a rematch for the titles. Adding further fuel to the fire Team Impact earned themselves a tag team title match by defeating the super team of Danny Duggan & Mentallo on January 7th. Team Impact and the Strip N Dales have quite the hatred for each other. Add TJ Bratt, HUMP, and Daisy Mae on the outside there will be a whole lot of possibilities for any team to walk out with the gold.

123Approved,ca Open Rules Title Defended in a Dog Collar Match!
123Approved.ca Open Rules Champion “Pimp Daddy” Rick Matthews vs. “The Brickhouse” Paul Arcidi w/Jayme Galloway

Rick Matthews became the first ever Open Rules champion last eliminating Paul Arcidi from a battle royal after throwing powder in the Brickhouse’s eyes. In their first encounter Rick Matthews used the rules to his advantage to to hold onto his title and avoid defeat for their champion. After the match Matthew’s left Arcidi a beaten mess following a violent attack with his pimp cane. Since that day Arcidi has been on a mission to capture the title and destroy Matthews. After defeating Kevy Chevy at Last Call he has earned his match against Matthews and finally has a chance for retribution. Arcidi selected a dog collar match to put a stamp on this rivalry. Put up or shut up time for Arcidi at Do or Die.

Grab For The Gold Ladder Match
Kevy Chevy vs. Billy Blaze vs. Tyler Colton vs. Tommy Lee Curtis vs. “Misfit” Mike Mission vs. “Beautiful” Bobby Jay

Once again the contract for any title match at any time will be hanging above the ring with 6 hopefuls looking to lock in an opportunity to step up to the next level in CWE. In the first ever match with the contract online Kevy Chevy won the contract following the most memorable moment of 2009, a piledriver off the top of a ladder through a table on Jeff Tyler. Chevy went on to lose the contract to Mentallo who cashed it in to win the CWE title he holds now. Chevy looks to regain the ticket back to the top of CWE. One of the men who helped him win the contract last Billy Blaze will also be in the match. After the Creebird blow up at Last Call its safe to say they won’t be working together on the first. Tyler Colton, Tommy Lee Curtis, and new comer Mike Mission look to find their place and make a name for themselves in CWE. All three have been said to have lots of potential and simply need a break out moment. This is their chance. In a rather surprising addition “Beautiful” Bobby Jay will also compete for the future opportunity. Upon hearing of the match and participants Bobby Jay requested and received a spot in the brutal match sighting that he could still run with the athletes half his age on the roster and would not be a victim of ageism. The flamboyant 20 year veteran stepped out of his shell earlier this year when he went toe to toe with former X Division champion Petey Williams. Every ladder match to take place in CWE has been talked about to this day, expect no different on Feb 4th!

North End Street Fight
Boyz in Da Hood vs. Antonio Scorpio Jr. & “Enforcer” JP Kaos w/”Canadian Loose Cannon” TJ Bratt

The Boyz in Da Hood are back and looking to avenge Antonio Scorpio Jr. trying to end B. Brian Rich’s career with a tombstone on his already braced neck. Brian Rich has never had much success in CWE but seems more poised than ever before and for the first time ever seems to have fan support backing him. Scorpio and Kaos individually took out two of the most powerful forces in CWE when they left Zack Mercury and Jon Cutler laying and to not be heard from since, Bratt’s army is on a mission to dominate the company and look to make an example of Rich and Rapper. Can the Boyz pull one out of their hat on Feb 4th?
