Its was an awesome night in Bell Gardens, CA. Santino Bros. Wrestling really turned up the heat! Fantastic wrestlers, great fans, and spectacular matches.
Thanks to all who came out to celebrate our 1 year anniversary with our monthly showcase.
The night started out with the return of Ray Rosas’ Tequila Cantina with his special guest Tito Escondido. Tito was scheduled to wrestle tonight but was sidelined due to injury. Never one to let his fans down, Tito promised to be back 100% next month and represent SBWA. Ray, afraid of Tito stealing his spot light, struck him down with one blow to his Tito’s injured knee. What a douche.
First match of the night was a battle of Teacher vs Student as ROBBY PHOENIX def PHILLIP MARTINEZ with a shinning wizard in 5:09
Second match of the evening saw LUCKY O’SHEA def AMANDA with a modified Super Sliced Bread in 8:03
Next up was battle of the BIG men. BC KILLER def PINKY SANTINO with an Angle Slam in 7:32. Pinky was out powered tonight. You don’t hear that often when it comes to Pinky, but BC Killer dominated.
In what was said to be Match of the night. PHOENIX STAR def RAY ROSAS with modifed spear in 5:53. This match was just FANTASTIC. These two men really brought their A game. In the end the seasoned Phoenix Star was too much for Rosas to handle.
In the main event we saw KAYAM def RICO in 11:17 via disqualification when kAos answered Kayam’s call from last month.
It looked like the Chivo had the best of Rico Dynamite and had the Scorpion Death lock cinched in tight, when kAos came to Rico’s rescue. Both men laid the boots til Tito Escondido decided to help the lone Luchador out. The challenge was set
