NWA HOLLYWOOD TEAMS WITH TOYS FOR TOTS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON – FREE ADMISSION!

Hollywood, CA (November 14, 2011) – On December 4th, NWA Championship Wrestling from Hollywood will be teaming with the United States Marine Corps and their Toys for Tots program. The mission of the Toys for Tots program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during the months leading up to Christmas and distribute those toys as gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.

“We’re happy to be working with the Marines this year on the Toys for Tots program. Our fans have never let us down when we’ve asked them for help and we anticipate hundreds of new, unwrapped toys to be collected at the Glendale Studios on the 4th,” said NWA Producer Rod Dovlin.

Coinciding with the Toys for Tots drive is the monthly NWA Championship Wrestling from Hollywood/KDOC-TV taping. This event has a 3:00PM bell time and will be open to the public absolutely free! A full card will be released in the coming days. Tickets will be available at the door and guests will be seated on a “first-come, first-served” basis. The Glendale Studios is located at 1239 South Glendale Ave, Glendale, CA. For more information on the Toys for Tots program, please visit www.toysfortots.org.

This Saturday night! Challenges Accepted! A challenge made!
With under a week to go before C*4 kicks off its huge Season 5 debut, we have two big announcements to make to round out the card for Nov. 19th.

Firstly as announced last week, “Hacker” Scotty O’Shea was placed in a 4-Corner Open Challenge set to defend his “Moonshine Branded Wrestling” Championship.

Quickly the spots were filled by some familiar C*4 faces looking to step up and capture gold.

The first challenger is a fan favourite looking to capture gold, and looking to step up his game in general – Jae Rukin. Rukin hasn’t had as much success as he had previously experienced, and certainly looking to recapture his seemingly lose momentum.

Next up, another man looking to climb the singles ranks in C*4, who made a pretty good impression in his first season of competition last year, Brent B. “The Allstarter” is certainly familiar with both O’Shea and Rukin – and is hoping to capture a major victory.

Lastly, a talent, looking to refocus his energy in singles competition, Lucky Sabiti. Lucky spent much of last season in tag team competition, along his mentor Max Boyer. However, due to Boyer’s retirement from the sport, Sabiti hopes to carry what he learned in singles action.

Who will walk out victorious of this Championship match-up? Find out this Saturday night!

Rounding out the card is an open-contract challenge – with one determined young man looking to continue making a name for himself.

Mathieu St. Jacques seemingly came out of nowhere last season, managing to capture the fans attention with his no-nonsense and smash mouth style.
St. Jacques had many exciting contests, including a memorable series with Scotty O’Shea and a major win over international star, Adam Cole.

St. Jacques has told C*4 management he wants to challenge any competitor who wants to face him. Furthermore, he has said he extends the challenge world wide, and to any talent who has never competed in C*4 before. St. Jacques has stated he has defeated high-flyers and technical opponents, and hopes he has the chance to face off somebody just as smash-mouth as him, somebody just as old-school and, of the same dying breed.
