ROH Glory by Honor X Results 11/19/2011 Chicago Ridge, IL by Jason Namako

Pre-Show Match: Andy “Right Leg” Ridge defeated Mike Sydal by pinfall with an Ace Crusher. During the match, Kevin Steen sat in a front row seat, that Steen paid for, as Jim Cornette and other officials came out to try and remove him from the building. Steen showed he had a paid ticket and with the pending lawsuit he has on Cornette, Cornette has no other choice but to let Steen stay, but if Steen touches anyone, he is removed from his match at Final Battle.

4 Corner Survival: “Unbreakable” Michael Elgin w/Truth Martini defeated Adam Cole, “The Prodigy” Mike Bennett w/”Brutal” Bob Evans & “The Littlest Lumberjack” Grizzly Redwood by pinfall when he pinned Cole with the 360* Powerbomb.

Jimmy Jacobs w/Steve Corino and “The Dominant Male” Tommaso Ciampa went to a no contest. Before the match, Jacobs took the mic and he heard Steen was in the building, and he hopes Steen tries to provoke him, so he can fight him. During the match, Steen did provoke Corino and then both Corino & Jacobs started brawling with Steen until officials dragged away Steen from the building. Prince Nana got the mic and challenged anyone from the locker room to come out and face Ciampa. The Bravados came out and Harlem took the challenge, leading to…..

“The Dominant Male” Tommaso Ciampa w/The Embassy defeated Harlem Bravado by pinfall with Project Ciampa.
“Die Hard” Eddie Edwards defeated Kyle O’Reilly by submission with the Dragon Clutch.

“The Baddest Tag Team on the Planet” The Briscoes aka #DemBoys defeated The Young Bucks by pinfall with the springboard Doomsday Device.

Proving Ground Match: ROH TV Champion Jay Lethal defeated Roderick Strong w/Truth Martini by pinfall with a handspring into an Ace Crusher in overtime. They 1st went to the 15 minute time limit, with Strong earning his TV Title shot. However, Jim Cornette came out and coerced Strong into going 5 more minutes, leading to the Lethal victory.

ROH World Tag Team Titles: Wrestling’s Greatest Tag Team(c) defeated The All Night Express by pinfall to retain the titles with Wrestling’s Greatest Finisher. After the match, all 4 men shook hands.

Main Event for the ROH World Title: “The American Wolf” Davey Richards(c) defeated “The Generic Luchador” El Generico by pinfall to retain the title with the running kick to the head. After the match, Kevin Steen hopped the rail and attacked Richards. The two men started brawling with the whole ROH locker room coming out to break them up. In the process, Jacobs & Corino attacked Steen and whipped him into every barricade. Generico then dove off the apron crashing onto everybody. Steen was once again dragged out of the building as Richards, Jacobs, Corino, and Genericoo were left standing in the ring. Richards took the mic and put over Generico, Jacobs & Corino, and finally the Chicago fans as the show came to a close.
