Power Trip Wrestling – Results from 30th November 2011’s fundraising show for the Teenage Cancer Trust – in Luton.

Attendance – 110 plus.
Money raised for the Teenage Cancer Trust – £400.

RESULTS :

Wolf bt Psycho Steve.
In what is clearly becoming quite a run of form, Wolf took another hard earnt tick in the win column, by defeating the crazy veteran, Psycho Steve

Steve Omega bt Lewy Paradise.
These two young stars of Northern UK wrestling made quite the impact on the night, in what was a very well received match. Lewy Paradise had already had spent time in PTW, but has come back with something of an attitude. Steve Omega’s debut in the company, saw him take the victory, and both men are sure to be back in 2012, in Power Trip Wrestling.

PTW World Champion Zizou Middoux bt Arashi.
An unplanned ‘tune up’ match, demanded by P.T. Player, saw Zizou Middoux not only defeat the ultimate underdog Arashi (not without interference/cheating, of course), but after the match, Middoux added the ultimate insult, by unmasking Arashi too!

* PTW World Tag Team Champions Thomas Stevens & Mason Storm bt Anton Green & Gabriel Myers.
Stevens & Storm are on quite a roll as the very popular and hard hitting PTW World Tag Team Champions defeated their number one contenders, ‘The Business’ Anton Green & Gabriel Myers. Who is next for Thomas Stevens & Mason Storm to fight in 2012? We shall find out in the upcoming weeks.

* P.T Player won a battle royal to become the first ever PTW Wildcard Champion.
It took him sitting on the outside for nearly the entire match, refusing to leave his seat, flanked by his security J-P, and Sheriff Gary Stevens, but when he did choose to get into the ring at the very end of the match; when Kevin Carter thought he had won the title, and was celebrating his win – P.T. Player sneak attacked Carter from behind, threw him over the top rope, and quite literally stole a victory to become the very first PTW Wildcard Champion! After this, Thomas Stevens and Mason Storm took offence to the situation, and to the crowd’s delight, chased P.T. Player out of the ringside area, as Kevin Carter took some measure of revenge on J-P in the ring.

* TJ Ski bt Alex Young.
These two exciting stars of PTW took the roof off the building with back and forth action, which the crowd loved, and TJ Ski took the victory in what is looking like may well become a feud in PTW; bearing in mind it has been going on in other promotions around the UK.

* MAIN EVENT – No Disqualification – PTW World Champion Zizou Middoux bt Tommy Martins
In the main event, Zizou Middoux retained the PTW World Title, but not without the help of ‘The Inked Up Icon’ P.T. Player, Drewy Staniforth, and the rest of P.T.’s entourage. To write a report of this match, does not do it justice, and we recommend a watch of the links given below, to see just how wild and crazy, inside and outside the ring, this match was. The story coming from this match, is that P.T. Player’s constant interference attempts were constantly cut off by Tommy Martins, who consistently and quite simply beat P.T. around ringside; and whilst ‘Daddy’ couldn’t get the job done, the youngest general manager in professional wrestling, Drewy Staniforth, managed to change the tide of the match with HIS interference, and helped Zizou Middoux retain the belt. News from the PTW Office is that P.T. Player spent Wednesday evening at the hospital, and has suffered tendon damage to his left elbow; something which he is said to be furious about.
