On Sunday February 26th Legion Championship Wrestling returns to Casa Del Mexicano as we present “Breakin” our tribute to the movie Breakin 2 The Electric Boogaloo.(which was filmed at the Casa Del Mexicano in 1984) Last year we paid tribute to Boulevard Nights and was lucky to have the star of that movie, Mr. Danny De La Paz show up. So we decided to make every February event from now on our movie tribute shows. For those that have never seen the movie here is a link to a clip of Breakin 2 The Electric Boogaloo when Ozone is trying to save Miracles, AKA The Casa Del Mexicano. http://youtu.be/5eUSB8DvT0k Here is a quick run down of the matches that have been confirmed so far.

In our main event for that evening it will be a Tag Team Battle as Famous B and Willie Mack take on Little Cholo and a Mystery partner. Cholo tells us that he is bring in a so cal veteran to help him beat the respect out of two rising stars in Famous B and Willie Mack. But both Willie and B seem to have the confidence to take on Cholo and any one he chooses that night. Also we have a one on one match as Damian Arsenic takes on Tito Escondido. Damian wants revenge on Tito for the chair shot that he received from him at our last show. And since Tito now has no one to back him up, Damian is sure that he can take out the “Bulldozer”, and if he can’t do it fairly, then he can always relay on his partner Robbie Phoenix to help him out. We also have the debut of Anchors Away as they take on the very popular Silver Heart Radicalz in tag team action. There will also be a Mask VS. Hair match as Remy St. Clair takes on the BC Killer with Bobby Hollywood’s hair on the line. Also in a very special match for that evening that was just signed a few days ago we have international superstar Damian 666 and his son Bestia 666 taking on the team of Los Sanchos which is Angel El Exotico and his partner the American Wild Child (this made Ron Rivera come out of retirement for this one match only) With the reputation of Damian 666; this match just may get hardcore, but Los Sanchos say they are ready for whatever their opponents want to dish out.

So be there Sunday February 26th at the Casa Del Mexicano 2900 Calle Pedro Infante Los Angeles, CA 90063 at 5pm as Legion Championship Wrestling presents “Breakin” If you cant beat um….Break um!

Battle of the Belts: The Prince of Darkness Rises Again while a Lost Boy Returns

(Fort Lauderdale, FL) – NWA Ring Warriors officially announced today that Florida wrestling legend “The Prince of Darkness” Kevin Sullivan and former WWE star “The Vampire Warrior” Gangrel will appear together as a tag team on March 29th at the Fort Lauderdale National Guard Armory, 400 State Road 84, against former TNA star “The VIP” Cassidy Riley and former NWA Florida champion Steve “Moose” Madison at “Battle of the Belts.”

While many might remember Sullivan as “The Taskmaster” during the waning days of World Championship Wrestling, the Boston native was best known across the Sunshine State as “The Prince of Darkness,” when he and his cohorts (collectively known as the Army of Darkness) were embroiled in legendary feuds with the likes of “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes, Blackjack Mulligan, Barry Windham and the Grahams. The AOD will once again be by Sullivan’s side as longtime associate SnakeMaster Abudadein and The Beast will accompany him to the ring.

For “The Vampire Warrior” Gangrel, the match marks his first Florida appearance in five years and the first time ever he and Sullivan will team together. Gangrel’s former wife, the late Luna Vachon, was a longtime associate of Sullivan’s and an original member of the AOD along with Abudadein, The Fallen Angel (the late Nancy Benoit), Lock, Maha Singh (Bob Roop) and The Purple Haze (Mark Lewin).

Their opponents at “Battle of the Belts” are comprised of former NWA Florida champion Steve “Moose” Madison and former TNA star and a member of the Hotshots “The VIP” Cassidy Riley. Coming off hard fought losses to the Giant Titan and “The Marquee” Bruce Marquee, respectively – both of whom advanced to the NWA Ring Warriors Grand Championship Tournament Finals – Madison and Riley each want to get back on the winning track and be in position for a future title shot.

In addition to the Sullivan/Gangrel-Madison/Riley tag team match, also appearing on the card will be: NWA World Heavyweight Champion “Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce, legendary NWA manager James E. Cornette who will be on hand to accompany his handpicked Ring of Honor Challenger for Pearce’s title, NWA World Tag Team Champions The Dark City Fight Club (Jon Davis & Kory Chavis), former WWE and NWA World Tag Team Champs the Headbangers (Mosh & Thrasher), The Red Devil Fight Team (Mikhail Ivanov & Aleksander Chekov) with manager Brett Adams and “The Russian Bear” Ivan Koloff, The Tokyo Monster Kahagas, NWA National Heavyweight Champion “The Dark Child” Chance Prophet, ECW original Stevie Richards, current TNA World TV Champion Robbie E., the 7-foot 315-pound Giant Titan, “The Marquee” Bruce Santee, former TNA stars Jesse Neal & “the Toxic Knockout” Christina Von Eerie, Chasyn Rance, Santana Garrett, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch, Vordell Walker and DX’s “Bad Ass” Billy Gunn. Former AWA Champion “The Living Legend” Larry Zbyszko will also be on hand signing autographs.
