Report by: Jason Namako of Wrestleview.com

Hello everyone, this is ROH recapper Jason Namako, here bringing you a quick report of what took place at last night’s EVOLVE 12 Internet PPV from Charlotte, NC. I had decided on a whim to buy the show and do a full, detailed report. Unfortunately, I lost the detailed report due to computer issues.

But never fear, I still have quick results for you and here they are.

1. Triple Threat Match: “The Man Scout” Jake Manning defeated Adam Page & Caleb Konley of The Scene w/Johnny Fairplay by pinfall when he pinned Page with a Backbreaker/Facebuster Combo.

2. Alex Reynolds defeated Mike Cruz by pinfall with a Backlund Bridge.

3. Special Challenge Match: “The World Warrior” Low-Ki defeated Jigsaw by pinfall with the Ki Crusher.

After the match, Ki put over Jigsaw’s efforts, but said he should stop pretending to act like a luchador and become a real professional wrestler.

4. Special Attraction: “The Belfast Bruiser” Fit Finlay defeated Jon Davis by pinfall with the Tombstone Piledriver.

After the match, Finlay said the action in EVOLVE gets tougher & tougher. Finlay then put over Sami Callihan, but said Sami has something inside of him that needs to come out or he will never get anywhere, Callihan then came out and told Finlay to “stay out of his business”.

5. Pick your Partner Tag Team Match: “The Kentucky Gentleman” Chuck Taylor & Silas Young w/”The Man Scout” Jake Manning & The Swamp Monster defeated DGUSA Open the Freedom Gate Champion “The Whole Shebang” Johnny Gargano & Samurai Del Sol by pinfall when Taylor pinned Gargano with the Awful Waffle.

With the win, Taylor gets to pick the stipulation for the next singles encounter between he & Gargano.

After the match, Taylor said that he & Gargano’s next match-up would be for Gargano’s Open the Freedom Gate Title.

6. Special Challenge Match: Ricochet defeated “the Generic Luchador’ El Generico by pinfall with the 630 Splash.

After the match, Ricochet challenged Low-Ki, who was on commentary for the match, to a match down the road. Ki then went to the ring and accepted Ricochet’s challenge. Ki then told Generico that if he doesn’t become a real professional wrestler, then he would be a disgrace to the history of masked wrestlers in professional wrestling.

7. Main Event in the 1st Ever “Evolution’s End” Match (All EVOLVE Rules apply inside the ring, anything goes outside of the ring): “The Whole Fox’N Show” AR Fox defeated “The Callihan Death Machine” Sami Callihan by pinfall with a Springboard 450 Splash.

After the match, Fox said that his war with Callihan is over and now he is putting all his momentum into winning the DGUSA Open the Freedom Gate Title.

Remember that tonight, I will be doing play-by-play coverage of Ring of Honor’s “Border Wars” Internet PPV and there is tentatively scheduled to be a “podcast-only” post-show for Wrestleview VIPs with myself, “Mr. V” Anthony Valvo & NXT Recapper Gregory “Grash” Walek.

Have a good weekend everyone!
