Season-finale Main Event announcement! ROH World Champion returns “home”, and much more!
We’re under three weeks away from the biggest and most important event in C*4 history, “Crossing the Line 5”, our season finale!

First up – our Main Event…

Returning from a two month suspension, Player Uno returned to C*4 on May 19thin Montreal. In his return match, in an 8-man tag team match, his team of himself, “Speedball” Mike Bailey, “Ronin” Josh Alexander, and “Hacker” Scotty O’Shea, defeated The Authority (minus Stu Grayson), and one time partner “MVP” Michael Von Payton.

As a result of the win, Player Uno won the right to select the stipulations and opponent(s) for C*4 Champion Stu Grayson’s match on June 16th.

Moments after the win, Player Uno had these words…

So as you can see, Player Uno has selected three of Stu Grayson’s five opponents for June 16th… And those three men are ones who have all had questionable losses to Grayson during this season, and are ultimately getting a chance at redemption.

The question is, can Grayson survive his biggest challenge yet, and furthermore, who, can walk away with the gold if he doesn’t?

Stu Grayson, then known as “Player Dos” Stupefied, initially won the C*4 Championship in June of 2010 – and now two years later he will step back into the exact same type match he won it in.

Grayson had the following comments about the match he put

For much of this season, our roster has noticeably been missing one of the cornerstones of the C*4 foundation. On May 12th, this man wasn’t able to compete in C*4, and instead was winning the most important and arguably most prestigious non-WWE related Championship on the planet, the Ring of Honor World Heavyweight Championship.

A man who has been a part of C*4 since our very first show, and it can be argued, found his “Canadian home” in the C*4 locker room, and ring over the last five seasons.

On, June 16th, the new ROH World Champion, will celebrate his “homecoming”, when “Mr. Wrestling” Kevin Steen appears at “Crossing the Line 5”.

Another man who was supposed to have a championship opportunity on May 12th, but wasn’t able to compete due to an injury suffered outside the ring – will also appear on June 16th.

On June 16th, Kevin Steen will face off with this man. A man he knows very well. A man who is looking to make-up for his lost chances, and attempt to score the most important match of his career. At “Crossing the Line 5”, “Mr. Wrestling” Kevin Steen, the new ROH World Champion, faces off with Franky the Mobster.

With Player Uno unable to challenge Stu Grayson – he has made his plans clear to C*4 management to challenge the men who have helped more or less ruin the last season of action for him, The Authority.

On Saturday June 16th, Player Uno has signed to compete against Stu Grayson’s right hand man, “Iron Lion” Sebastian Suave!
This match-up will not be pretty, as Uno has a season of frustration and anger ready to explode, against Suave.

Sebastian Suave meanwhile is looking to impress his leader, Stu Grayson – and a win over Uno, would do just that. The following comments are from Suave, sharing his feelings on Player Uno and this match…

Will Suave keep Player Uno down? Or will Uno finally strike a blow against The Authority.

Another Championship which will be decided on June 16th will be the “World Inter-Gender Championship”, as Twiggy once again attempts to prove his dominance.

On May 12th, following a win over Portia Perez, Twiggy was confronted by the returning (three years after her last appearance), Vanessa Kraven. Twiggy managed to escape unscathed, but the message was clear: Kraven had returned to C*4 to shut Twiggy’s mouth, and take his championship.

A week later in Montreal, following another victory (this time over Angie Sky), Twiggy and his “Head of Security” celebrated. However, it was short-lived as it was announced that not only was Vanessa Kraven officially back on the C*4 roster, but she had signed to face off with Twiggy on June 16th. Additionally, she was in the building.

Kraven attempted to get her hands on Twiggy once again, but again he managed to escape. However, she did manage to send a message to Twiggy, when she power-bombed his head security guard.

On June 16th, Twiggy will have nowhere to run, when he will face off with Vanessa Kraven.

Finally for today, we are pleased to announce another World Champion is set to appear on June 16th. A man who finally managed to debut in C*4 this season, after several false starts – and has appeared twice in high profile contests thus far.

On June 16th, the current CHIKARA Grand Champion, “The War King” Eddie Kingston returns to C*4!

Kingston hasn’t had much success in C*4 this year, having last been seen losing to “Speedball” Mike Bailey by referees decision on April 21st. Kingston is looking to make up for that loss on June 16th – and is ready for any and all comers.

Chikara Grand Champion
“The War King” Eddie Kingston
