Kelly & McGuinness welcome us to the show, hype up tonight’s 2 big matches, then take us to the opening match.

Special Challenge Match: Roderick Strong w/Truth Martini vs. “No Fear” Mike Mondo

Code of Honor adhered to before the bell sounds. Strong with a side headlock takedown, Mondo with a headscissors, but Strong kips out. Strong with a wristlock, but Mondo counters and takes Strong down. Strong kips out and takes Mondo down. Mondo with a drop toe hold, but Strong gets to the ropes and goes to the outside to catch a breather. Back in the ring, Strong with a gut shot, followed by a chop. They exchange chops until Mondo hits a headbutt. They exchange chops until Strong takes over with clubs. Mondo backs Strong into the ropes, before breaking. Mondo with a snapmare, then rolls through, hooks Strong’s legs and goes into a bridge, however Strong gets out with a chop. Mondo nails Strong with a boot coming down, then goes onto the ropes, but Strong pushes him down to the outside.

Strong shoves Mondo into the barricade, then hits a chop. Strong with another chop, but Mondo fights back. They exchange strikes until Strong gets away. Strong is busted open from the nose and then drills Mondo with a kick. Strong breaks the 20 count, then sends Mondo back in the ring. Strong with a chop, then kicks away Mondo. Both men exchange slaps until Strong hits a dropkick for a nearfall. Strong with a big pair of chops that send Mondo over the ropes and to the outside. Mondo comes back and drives Strong back first into the barricade. Strong then lifts up Mondo and throws him ribs first into the ringpost. Strong says “This is my company”, then hits a suplex on the outside. Back in the ring, Strong gains a nearfall. Strong goes to a chinlock as he is bleeding from the nose, which may be broken. Mondo breaks free, but Strong nails him with a knee to the gut.

Mondo reverses an Irish whip, then hits a clothesline and a shoulder block. Mondo with a knee, then hits a series of knees while on the apron. Mondo traps Strong in the ring skirt, then hits a leaping stomp across the back of the head for a nearfall. Strong backs Mondo in the corner, but Mondo gets his boots up on a charge. Mondo heads up top and hits a moonsault for a nearfall. Strong goes to the outside and nails Mondo with an enziguri when Mondo went after him. Mondo sends Strong into the apron, then does a handstand on the apron and headscissors Strong into the barricade. Mondo goes to the entranceway and with a big charge, shoulder tackles Strong into the barricade. Strong gets back in the ring first, though, while Mondo hurt himself with that last move. Referee starts his 20 count and Mondo is able to get back in and the referee is saying to Mondo he will stop it, but Mondo refuses. Strong with an enziguri, followed by the Death by Roderick for a close nearfall. Strong hits another enziguri, but Mondo with a spinebuster for a nearfall. Mondo goes for something, but Strong hooks him in a LeBell Lock. Mondo counters into a roll-up for a nearfall. Strong with a roaring forearm, followed by another Death by Roderick, but Mondo kicks out. Strong says its over and goes for a suplex, but Mondo with a pair of roll-ups for nearfalls.

Strong comes back with a leaping knee, followed by the Sick Kick to finally put Mondo away.

Winner: Roderick Strong by pinfall (Sick Kick)

Mondo wants to adhere to the Code of Honor, but Strong refuses and walks away. Mondo is clutching his shoulder as the crowd gives him a nice ovation.

4 Corner Survival, winner receives a Ring of Honor contract: “God’s Gift” QT Marshall vs. “The Product” Antonio Thomas vs. Matt Taven vs. Vinny Marsgelia

This one will be hard to call. All 4 adhere to the Code of Honor. Taven & Thomas will start. Thomas goes for a roll-up, but to no avail. Thomas with a side headlock takedown. Taven tries for a roll-up, but Thomas holds on. They criss-cross and Taven with a hiptoss. Thomas with one of his own, then tags in Vinny. Vinny goes for a roll-up, but Taven with one of his own. They trade nearfalls until Taven with an armdrag. Vinny goes for a Monkey flip, but Taven blocks it and they stalemate. Thomas & QT attack from behind and all 4 men are in now. Vinny counters a double team and Taven clotheslines them to the outside. Vinny goes for a dive, but QT stops him with a right hand. However, Taven then hits QT & Thomas with a plancha. Back in the ring. Vinny & Taven with a series of counters until QT blind tags in and clotheslines Vinny. Vinny then comes back with a Russian leg sweep for a nearfall. Vinny goes off the ropes and hits a back elbow. Vinny goes for a dive, but QT dropkicks him on the way down. Thomas is tagged in and hits a Northern Lights suplex for a nearfall. They criss-cross and Thomas with a roll-up for a nearfall. Thomas with a snap suplex for another nearfall. Tag to QT, but Vinny fights back, but QT with a dropkick that sends Vinny to the apron. QT ties up Vinny in the ropes and nails him with a right hand. QT & Thomas with a double team on Vinny for a nearfall as QT breaks it up. Thomas with a Fisherman’s suplex on Vinny as he has Vinny tied up, but Taven breaks up the fall, doing damage on QT in the process. Taven is in and hits strikes on Thomas & QT. Taven with a rana on Thomas. Taven then with a high back drop on QT. Taven with a hanging swinging DDT on Thomas for a close nearfall. Thomas hotshots Taven in the corner, but QT tags in. QT with a springboard leg lariat on Taven, but Vinny breaks it up. QT with an overhead belly to belly on Vinny. Taven with an enziguri on QT, followed by a springboard moonsault for a nearfall. QT goes for a powerslam on Taven, but Taven turns it into a Spike DDT, but QT gets his feet on the bottom rope. QT hotshots Taven, then Vinny pulls down the top rope on QT. Vinny then with a dive on the outside on QT. Vinny heads up top, but Taven with an enziguri. Taven goes up with Vinny, then knocks down Thomas. Vinny with a Sunset flip powerbomb on Taven, but Taven crotches Vinny into the ringpost. Taven goes for another springboard, but QT ducks.

QT with a running Dominator on Taven to win the contract.

Proving Ground Match: Ring of Honor Television Champion Adam Cole vs. “Brutal” Bob Evans

Code of Honor adhered to before the bell sounds. Evans backs Cole into the corner and goes for something, but Cole with a right hand. Evans backs Cole into the corner again, but Cole with a series of kicks to the leg. Cole with a drop toe hold and goes for the Figure 4, but Evans kicks him off. Cole then with an elbow to the leg, followed by a series of strikes to the leg before going to a leglock. Evans kicks Cole off, but Cole sidesteps a backdrop and hits a dropkick. Both men exchange strikes until Cole sends Evans to the outside. On the outside, Evans hotshots Cole on the barricade. Evans then with a backbreaker on the apron.

Some of the crowd is chanting for Evans as Cole gets back in. Evans with a front slam, then picks up and drops him back down. Evans chokes Cole in the ropes, but Cole fights back. Evans goes for a suplex, but Cole fights out. Cole then with a Sunset flip for a 1 count. Evans then with a series of elbows to the back of the head before locking in a chinlock. Cole tries to break free, but Evans takes him down for a nearfall. Evans with a series of knees to the lower back, then trash talks Cole in the ropes while pulling at his face. Evans stomps away at Cole while continuing to talk trash. Evans with a standing bearhug as the crowd wills on Cole. Cole tries to break free, but Evans slams him back down and rakes his knee in Cole’s face before gaining another nearfall. Evans with a series of kneedrops, followed by a deadlift back suplex for another nearfall. Evans rains in right hands before choking Cole. Cole tries to fight back as he is getting fired up with Evans’ paintbrushes. Cole with an enziguri, then kicks Evans off before hitting a Shining Wizard for a nearfall.

Cole gets away from Evans and hits another enziguri. Cole heads up top and goes for a crossbody, but Evans moves. Evans then with a running shoulder tackle for a close nearfall. Evans goes for a suplex, but Cole blocks it with clubs. Cole misses a superkick and Evans with a spinebuster for another close nearfall. Evans with some headbutts, but Cole drills him with a superkick for a nearfall. Cole goes for the Florida Key, but Evans blocks it. Cole with a kick to the leg, then locks Evans in the Figure 4 in the center of the ring.

They exchange strikes while in the hold, but then Evans can’t take no more and is forced to submit.

Winner: Ring of Honor Television Champion Adam Cole by submission (Figure 4)

After the match, Mike Bennett & Maria run in and attack Cole, until Eddie Edwards & Sara Del Rey make the save.

Before the next match, Truth Martini wants Kevin Kelly in the ring for an interview. Martini says he can predict the future and that tonight, Kevin Steen will retain the title but at Death Before Dishonor, Rhino will face Steen and the World Title comes home to the House of Truth. Kelly brings up the dissension between Elgin & Strong, but Martini blows it off. Elgin has an announcement and says he will face the World Champion at Glory by Honor, but Strong cuts him off and says Martini promised him it. Strong says he is now officially on strike from the House of Truth. Strong then says he will sit in the front row and watch Elgin fail, then walks away before the next match.

Death Before Dishonor IX Return Match: “Unbreakable” Michael Elgin vs. “The Outlaw” Charlie Haas

Elgin wants to adhere to the Code of Honor, but Haas spits at him. Crowd chants “We Want Shelton” at Haas. Elgin with a slap, then drives Haas into the corner before unloading with right hands. Elgin with a hard corner whip, followed by an avalanche. Elgin sends Haas into the turnbuckle, then hits a 2nd rope shoulder tackle for a nearfall. Elgin with a 30 second delayed suplex for another nearfall. Haas with a right hand, followed by a headbutt, but Elgin catches him with an overhead belly to belly suplex. Strong comes back out and distracts Elgin, allowing Haas to kick Elgin’s leg out from under him.

Elgin goes to the outside and is hurting, but Haas goes out after him and drives Elgin’s leg multiple times into the barricade. Elgin kicks off Haas, sends Haas into the barricade, breaking it off the hinges. Elgin with a right hand, then goes to the middle rope and while Haas is on the apron, Elgin tries for a deadlift superplex, but Haas knocks him off the ropes. Haas takes off Elgin’s kneepad from his injured leg and drives it into the ringpost multiple times. Haas with a boot to the head, then goes back in the ring, with a sadistic look on his face. Haas stomps away at Elgin’s leg as Elgin tries to fight back. Haas with another boot to the head, then drives Elgin’s knee into the mat. Haas continues to stalk Elgin, then unloads with right hands in the corner. Haas stakes out Elgin’s leg in the ropes and drives all his body weight into it. Haas does it again as Elgin is writhing in pain. Haas with shots to the leg before locking in a deathlock while Strong gives a beer to Veda Scott on the outside. Elgin fights off Haas as the crowd wills him on. Elgin with some right & left hands, but Haas takes him back down. Haas with some more right hands as the crowd voices their disapproval. Haas with more stomps to the injured leg, then drives his body weight across Elgin’s leg, then locks in another deathlock as the crowd chants “Elgin”. Haas breaks, but then with more stomps to Elgin. Haas goes to drive his body weight across Elgin in the ropes, but Elgin moves and both men are down.

Elgin, on the apron, boots Haas in the head, then hits a slingshot shoulder tackle back in the ring. Elgin moves on Haas’ charge, then hits clotheslines in the corner. Elgin with a running knee for a nearfall. Elgin goes for a deadlift German, but Haas breaks free. Elgin counters a lariat and hits a German Suplex for a nearfall. Elgin goes for a powerbomb, but Haas counters it. Elgin comes back with an enziguri, sending Haas to the outside. Strong tries to will on Haas with beer as Elgin is thinking about a dive, but Strong stands in the way. Strong distracts Elgin again, allowing Haas to sweep out Elgin’s leg. Haas grabs Strong’s beer and throws it in the face of Martini. Elgin then drives Haas into the barricade, crushing Strong in the process. Elgin now with 2 beers and drenches Strong in them. Back in the ring, Elgin says its over as he sets Haas for the 360* Powerbomb, but Strong sprays beer in Elgin’s eyes.

This distraction allows Haas to rollup Elgin for the victory.

Winner: “The Outlaw” Charlie Haas by pinfall (Roll-Up)

After the match, Elgin gives a stare to Martini, who backs off as Elgin leaves the ring.

We see footage from a recent house show in Milwaukee, featuring the Briscoes vs. S.C.U.M and Mark Briscoe’s balcony dive before our next match.

Tag Team Grudge Match: #DemBoys The Briscoes (Jay & Mark) vs. S.C.U.M. (“The Zombie Princess” Jimmy Jacobs & “The Trouble King” Steve Corino)

Corino & Jacobs have new music. No Code of Honor in this match. “Man Up” chants for #DemBoys. Jay & Corino will start things off. Jay with a side headlock, but Corino goes not go down on a shoulder tackle. Corino with a side headlock, followed by a shoulder tackle. Jay then with a leg lariat, followed by tagging in Mark. The Briscoes with the football style shoulder tackle for a nearfall. Mark with a series of headbutts to Corino, but Corino puts on the brakes and goes to the outside. Mark with a baseball slide to Corino, then goes after Jacobs. Jay puts on the brakes, but Corino dumps him to the outside. Mark now in and hits a spinning heel kick, sending Corino to the outside. Jacobs & Corino go for a pow-wow, but Mark with a top rope dive on them both as the crowd chants “ROH”. On the outside, Mark with a series of strikes to Corino, then sends him into the barricade. Jacobs is hotshotted on the apron by Mark as Corino is thrown back in. Mark with a DDT, then goes to the 2nd rope and does his dance before hitting the back senton. Mark chokes Corino with his boot, but Corino fights back by choking Mark.

Tag to Jacobs as Mark goes into Jacobs’ boots, followed by a Corino dropkick. Jacobs mocks Mark’s goofy dance and chokes Mark. Tag to Corino, but Mark lands on his feet off a backdrop and tags in Jay. Jay with shots to both Jacobs & Corino, followed by a backdrop on Corino. Jay with a boot to Corino, but Jacobs fights off the Death Valley Driver. S.C.U.M. with a double team combo for a nearfall. Tag to Jacobs, who hits a club off the ropes. Jacobs with right hands to Jay in the corner, then tags in Corino. S.C.U.M. with a double right hand for a nearfall. Corino with an elbow, but runs into a boot, followed by Jay hitting a Flatliner, sending Corino into the corner.

Jacobs & Mark get the tags in and Mark with some Redneck Kung Fu to Jacobs. Mark with a running mule kick to Jacobs for a nearfall. Mark with a headbutt, followed by a corner whip. Jacobs gets his boots up, but Mark stops him from going up the ropes. Jacobs with a Tornado Suplex, then tags in Corino. Corino with a running knee in the corner, but Mark blocks a backdrop. Corino then with the Colby Shock for a nearfall. Mark blocks a lariat, but Corino is still able to drill him with one. Corino hits 2 backdrop drivers, but Jay breaks up the pinfall. Mark blocks another lariat with a jawbreaker, then tags in Jay. Jay with jabs to Corino, followed by a Death Valley Driver for a nearfall. Jay with a neckbreaker for another nearfall. Corino with a backdrop driver to Jay, then tags in Jacobs. Jacobs goes for the back senton, but Jay gets his knees up. Jacobs then with a spear, but Mark breaks up the fall. S.C.U.M. go for double shoulder tackle, but Mark sends Corino into the barricade. Mark with the Froggy Bow, but Corino breaks it up. Inward Ace Crusher by Jacobs for a nearfall. Jacobs goes for the Contra Code, but Jay stops him.

The Briscoes then hit the Doomsday Device on Jacobs for the victory.

Intermission

2 out of 3 Falls: Jay Lethal vs. “The Sicilian Psychopath” Tomasso Ciampa w/RD Evans

Ciampa has new music and has dyed his mohawk blond to match his beard. No Code of Honor for this match as Evans has words for Lethal. Lethal slaps Evans as the bell sounds. Lethal with right hands to Ciampa, then knocks down Evans. Ciampa is down on the outside as it appears he has hurt his knee. Ciampa with forearms, but Lethal with a superkick. Lethal with the Lethal Injection for a nearfall. Lethal then with the Lethal Combination to win the 1st fall.

Jay Lethal wins the 1st fall by pinfall (Lethal Combination)

Evans confers with Ciampa, who is still clutching his leg as the 2nd fall begins. Lethal stomps away at Ciampa, followed by a chop. Lethal with the 10 punches in the corner, followed by the hiptoss/cartwheel/dropkick combo for a nearfall. Ciampa is wincing in pain as he reverses a whip. Lethal & Ciampa then suplex each other over the ropes and to the outside. Both men are down as Evans has words with the official. Ciampa drives Lethal into the apron, then sends him back in the ring. However, Lethal comes back with a springboard dropkick, knocking Ciampa down to the outside. Lethal with a pair of chops, but then Ciampa drives Lethal head first into the barricade. Ciampa screams into Kelly’s headset that he will break Lethal’s back. Ciampa pulls away the mats and goes for a suplex, but Lethal counters and suplexes Ciampa on the carpeting. Evans tries to intervene, but he gets suplexed on the carpeting for his troubles. Back in the ring, Lethal gains a nearfall. Lethal with boots to the head, followed by a chop in the corner. Corner whip by Lethal, who follows up with a discus clothesline. Lethal spits at Ciampa, but Ciampa comes back with a knee. Ciampa goes for something, but Lethal blocks it. Ciampa blocks a rana, then goes for Project Ciampa, but his knee gives way. Ciampa drills Lethal with the Knockout Knee and this time, is able to hit Project Ciampa to tie things up.

Ciampa gains a nearfall, then trash talks Lethal. Lethal, though, is all fired up as he & Ciampa exchange strikes until Lethal unloads with chops and right hands. Ciampa with a knee to the gut, then drops down the knee pad. Ciampa goes for the Running Knockout Knee, but Lethal gets up and hits the Lethal Combination into the corner for a nearfall. Lethal heads up top, but Ciampa stops him. Ciampa goes up with Lethal and goes for a Super Air Raid Crash, but Lethal blocks it. Lethal knocks Ciampa off the ropes, then hits a double sledge. Lethal with a pop-up neckbreaker for a nearfall. All of a sudden, Lethal dives and takes out Evans on the outside. Lethal then heads up top and hits Hail to the King, but Ciampa kicks out and Lethal cannot believe it. Lethal fires up and goes for the Lethal Injection, but Ciampa stops him. Both men go out on the apron, but then Ciampa drills Lethal on the apron with the Air Raid Crash . The referee begins his 20 count as both men are down on the outside. Both men are just able to get back into the ring as the referee was about to hit 20. Both men stare at one another on their knees as Ciampa gives Lethal the double “FU”. Both men exchange right hands & chops in the center of the ring, followed by running boots to the head. Ciampa with another KO knee, but Lethal drills Ciampa with a pump kick. Lethal with a superkick for another nearfall. Evans is now on the apron as Lethal goes for the Lethal Injection, but Ciampa hits Evans with a Low Blow. Prince Nana then comes out and sends Evans into the barricade. Ciampa then clotheslines Nana over the barricade and into the crowd. While the referee is still looking at what is happening on the outside, Lethal kicks Ciampa square in the nuts.

Lethal then with a non-handspring version of the Lethal Injection to gain the deciding fall.

Winner: Jay Lethal (2 falls to 1)

Lethal celebrates and motions he is going after a title. Ciampa is going to need medical attention for his previously injured knee as he is helped out by numerous backstage attendants.

We see what happened earlier in the show after the Adam Cole/Brutal Bob match before the semi-main event.

Mixed Tag Team Grudge Match: “Die Hard” Eddie Edwards & “The Queen of Wrestling” Sara Del Rey vs. Team Sexy (“The Prodigy” Mike Bennett & “The 1st Lady of Ring of Honor” Maria Kanellis)

“Eddie Edwards” chants from the crowd. Surprisingly, adherence to the Code of Honor by all 4. Del Rey wants to start with Maria, but she tags in Bennett. Edwards tags in as he & Bennett will start things. Bennett with a wristlock, but Edwards counters to one of his own. Bennett with a side headlock, followed by a shoulder tackle. Series of reversals until Edwards hits a rana. Edwards with a back senton for a nearfall. Bennett with a gut shot, followed by an elbow. Corner whip by Bennett, but Edwards goes up & over and hits a gut shot, followed by a Shining Wizard for a nearfall. Edwards with a chop, then wants Maria to be tagged in, but Bennett with a jawbreaker. Bennett with an elbow, but there was a blind tag as Del Rey kicks Bennett in the chest. Edwards with a gut shot, followed by an axe kick from Del Rey. “Queen of Wrestling” chants for Del Rey has she hits a series of kicks to Bennett’s chest. Del Rey with a hook kick, but Maria pulls at Sara’s hair and is now tagged in. Bennett & Maria take turns choking Sara in the ropes, but Del Rey comes back with a headbutt. Maria with knees to the head, then tags in Bennett. Bennett with a snapmare, but Del Rey tags in Edwards, who hits a missile dropkick from the top. Edwards unloads with Kobashi style chops in the corner, slumping down Bennett. Bennett runs into boots by Edwards, then Edwards places Bennett in the Tree of Woe. Edwards blows a kiss to Maria, then hits a hesitation dropkick. Del Rey with a series of kicks to Bennett, then Edwards with a sliding kick from the outside for a nearfall. Edwards with another chop, then Maria grabs onto Edwards’ foot. Edwards sends Bennett to the outside, then leaps off onto him, but Bennett catches him in mid-air with a spear.

Bennett throws Edwards into the barricade and then back into the ring where he gains a nearfall. Bennett with a slam, then tags in Maria. Maria stomps away at Edwards before tagging in Bennett. Bennett with a snapmare, followed by applying a keylock as the crowd wills on Edwards. Bennett with a knee to the gut, but Edwards counters a back suplex and hits the Boston Knee Party. Bennett comes back by drilling Edwards with a right hand, followed by a clothesline. Maria tags in and gains a nearfall. Maria with some more stomps, but Edwards with a single leg trip and tags in Del Rey.

Sara with 3 running Mafia kicks, then kicks Bennett, knocking him off the apron. Sara with a series of forearms, followed by a corner whip. Sara goes for the Coppo Kick, but Bennett tags himself in as he gets nailed, sacrificing himself for Maria. Edwards then with a head of steam as he nails Bennett with a tope dive, sending Bennett crashing into the barricade. Bennett moves from the double stomp, but is nailed with an enziguri, followed by the Chin Checker from Edwards for a nearfall. Edwards places Bennett on the top rope, then goes up with him. Bennett fights off Edwards, then goes for a Super Box Office Smash, but Edwards backflips in mid-air and lands on his feet. Edwards locks Bennett in the Achilles’ Lock, but Maria tries to slap Edwards to fight him off. Sara locks Maria in the Ankle Lock, but Maria gets away and goes under the ring while Sara goes after her. Bennett locks Edwards in his own hold, but Sara comes out from under the ring with Maria’s bra. Sara throws the bra at Bennett, then kicks him in the head, allowing Edwards to counter out.

Edwards then re-applies the Achilles’ Lock and Bennett has no choice but to tap out.

After the match, Bennett grabs Bobby Cruise’s jacket and goes under the ring to cover up Maria. Edwards then raises Sara’s hand and gives her the ring so the crowd can chant “Thank you Sara” while Sara waves to the crowd.

Main Event for the Ring of Honor World Title: “Wrestling’s Worst Nightmare” Kevin Steen (c) w/S.C.U.M. vs. CHIKARA Grand Champion “The Last of a Dying Breed” Eddie Kingston

Corino joins the commentary as Bobby Cruise says there are now “No Rules” in this World Title match. Bell sounds and Kingston lays out Corino with a right hand. The brawl ensues with Steen & Kingston on the outside. Steen is whipped into the barricade, followed by a chop from Kingston. Jacobs tries to intervene, allowing Steen to take advantage. Kingston, back in the ring, takes out all of S.C.U.M. with a tope dive. Kingston then drags Jacobs & Corino and throws them backstage. “KILL STEEN KILL” chants for the champion. Kingston with a chair, but Steen blocks it and Codebreakers Kingston into the chair. Steen then places the chair on top of Kingston and hits a somersault legdrop for a nearfall. On the outside, its Kingston who’s now whipped into the barricade. Steen pulls off a piece of the steel sign from the barricade and suplexes Kingston on it. Steen now with a spare turnbuckle as he proceeds to choke Kingston with it. Steen now with a table as he places it against the barricade. Steen trash talks Kingston, but then Kingston suplexes Steen through the propped up table on the outside. Back in the ring, Kingston gets another table from under the ring and goes to bring it in the ring, but Steen baseball slide kicks it into Kingston’s face. Steen moves up the barricade and proceeds to prop the table in between the apron and the barricade the opposite way its supposed to be. Kingston blocks a suplex, but then Steen POWERBOMBS KINGSTON THROUGH THE TABLE!

“Holy S**t” chants from the crowd as Kingston is hurt on the outside. Steen taunts the crowd while Kingston is not moving on the outside. Multiple referees come out and wave for more help for Kingston. Steen grabs a mic and has words for a heckling fan from the crowd. Steen now has words for Kingston and brings up Larry Sweeney, saying Sweeney would think Kingston is a “p***y”. This incenses Kingston, who gets off the stretcher and unloads on Steen with right hands. Kingston with a running boot, followed by a clothesline for a nearfall. Kingston goes for the Backfist to the Future, but Steen counters and goes for the F-Cinq. Kingston then counters and hits a half nelson suplex for a nearfall. Kingston brings in a chair, but is hurting. Steen kicks the rope into Kingston’s crotch, then hits an apron DDT onto the chair for a nearfall. Steen now places the chair in Kingston’s face, then hits the Cannonball into the chair for a close nearfall. Steen gets another chair, then another table. Steen with a chair into the chest of Kingston, then setups the table in the middle of the ring. Kingston goes for the Backfist again, but Steen ducks underneath. Kingston then with a backdrop driver through the table for a close nearfall. Dueling chants for both men as Kingston props up a chair. Kingston then with another backdrop driver through the chair, but Corino pulls out the referee. Rhett Titus then comes out and goes after Corino, brawling with him to the back. Jacobs now in and has the spike, but Kingston hits him with the Backfist. Steen then with a Low Blow for another nearfall. Steen lifts up Kingston and hits the F-Cinq, but Kingston is able to kick out. “Eddie Kingston” chants now as Steen setups a chair. Chair shot to the back of Kingston, followed by a series of them to the back. Steen props up 2 chairs, but Kingston spits in his face.

Steen then with the proverbial Kiss of Death as he lifts up Kingston, hitting the F-Cinq onto 2 propped up chairs to retain the title.
