ROH Death Before Dishonor X: State of Emergency
September 15, 2012
Chicago Ridge, Illinois (Frontier Fieldhouse)

Apologies for no detailed recap, guys. Had some personal things that I needed to take care of tonight so I unfortunately did not see the show. Will see the replay and there will be a VIP-only audio podcast review of the show this week.

1. ROH Tag Team Title Tournament Semi-Finals: S.C.U.M. defeated Coleman & Alexander to advance to the finals.

2. Survival of the Fittest Qualifying Match: Tadarius Thomas defeated Silas Young

3. Kyle O’Reilly defeated ACH by submission.

4. ROH Tag Team Title Tournament Semi-Finals: Charlie Haas & Rhett Titus defeated The Briscoes to advance to the finals.

– Davey Richards comes out and announces that he will be the 12th man in the Survival of the Fittest Tournament.

5. Jay Lethal defeated Homicide

6. The House of Truth (Michael Elgin & Roderick Strong) w/Truth Martini defeated Irish Airborne (Jake & Dave Crist)

7. ROH TV Title: Adam Cole (c) defeated “No Fear” Mike Mondo by submission to retain the title.

– After the match, Matt Hardy, who was on commentary, came down to the ring and cut a promo ripping on Cole.

8. ROH Tag Team Title Tournament Finals: S.C.U.M. (Steve Corino & Jimmy Jacobs) defeated Charlie Haas & Rhett Titus w/Shelton Benjamin to win the titles.

– After the match, Haas & Benjamin laid out Titus.

9. Main Event for the ROH World Title in an Anything Goes Match: Kevin Steen (c) defeated Rhino to retain the title.

– After the match, Michael Elgin came out and he and Steen brawled. S.C.U.M. came in and helped out Steen, then Roderick Strong came out to even the odds somewhat. Corino sent Strong into Elgin, then as S.C.U.M. bailed, Corino said to Elgin that Strong hit him intentionally. Strong said it wasn’t, but after taking so much from him, Elgin finally turned on Strong and laid him out with the 360* Powerbomb. Elgin stood over Strong as the show went off the air.

Thanks to PWPonderings for the results.
