Jerry Jarrett returning to wrestling

According to a report by PWInsider, Jerry Jarrett is getting back into the wrestling business. Jarrett, who helped run the Memphis territory for decades and was one of the original founds of TNA Wrestling with his son Jeff, has joined up with Reno Riggin’s Showtime All-Star Wrestling promotion. The company has been running events in the Tennessee area for some time now. Jarrett has reportedly been working on a deal to get the company a syndicated TV deal, while a pilot HD TV taping is already planned for October 10 at the Nashville Fairgrounds (aka the former TNA Asylum). Talent already working for the company includes Kid Kash, Chase Stevens, Andy Douglas, Flash Flanagan, Tracy Taylor and Cassidy Riley.
