ALL IN

As reported earlier this week, the Cody Rhodes and Young Bucks self-financed ALL IN event that took place in the Chicago suburb of Hoffman Estates last weekend on September 1 drew a final attendance of 11,263 fans at the Sears Centre.

Financials for the live gate and FITE TV gross have been revealed this week courtesy of a new report by Dave Meltzer and The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The breakdown is as follows:

* The live gate for ALL IN was estimated at $458,525. Final merchandise numbers were not available, but every item was sold out 90 minutes before the first bell.

* As reported earlier, fans who bought merchandise at the Sears Centre had “Ring of Honor” come up for the official charges.

* FITE TV grossed more than $1 million between iPPV sales for ALL IN and Starrcast. This suggests around 20,000 iPPV orders for the weekend.

* Actual buys on traditional Pay Per View aren’t available yet. The show did not crack the Top 20 on Google, which is decent indication of overall mainstream interest in a show.

* The Starrcast convention sold 11,000 tickets from Thursday-Sunday.

* Pro Wrestling Tees sold just under $500,000 worth of t-shirt sales on the weekend.

* Highspots reportedly had it biggest merchandise day ever, which is a telling statistic given they are always part of WrestleMania weekend.

While the show maybe didn’t have overwhelming interest from a mainstream standpoint, it was described as a “grand slam home run” by everyone involved.

Cody and the Bucks teased the possibility of holding a second ALL IN event during the close of the show, but never fully committed to a date or location.
