Another update in the Jericho/Helms arrests, TMZ.com is now reporting that Jericho and Helms were in a cab with a few other people when things got violent. It seems that Helms struck three people, one of whom was Jericho, the other two, a man named Gary Kelley and a female named Ashley Storer. The alleged victims did not press charges on Helms.
However, according to witnesses on the scene, Helms ran away after the incident but later returned, where both he and Jericho were arrested for being drunk in public.
