ThePilot.com is reporting that former WWE and TNA star Matt Hardy was released from jail on Monday morning after District Court Judge Robert Wilkins reduced his bond from $1 million to $100,000 “on condition he be released only to treatment for substance abuse.” District Attorney Maureen Krueger noted this decision was done “over the state’s objection.”
