PWInsider is reporting that Jeff Hardy’s probable cause hearing scheduled for today has now been pushed back to January 27, 2010. There is no word at this time as to why the hearing was rescheduled again for the second time. This hearing would have determined if there was enough evidence against Hardy for his drug-related arrest back in September to go on the grand jury. The grand jury would then determine if the case should be prosecuted.
