VIP: “Dirty” Dutch Mantell interview

The sixth edition of the “WrestleView Spotlight” for November 2009 is now available for archive featuring an interview with former TNA creative team writer and veteran wrestler “Dirty” Dutch Mantell.

This new “WrestleView Spotlight” interview was conducted by WrestleView.com’s Editor in Chief Adam Martin.

In the interview, Dutch Mantell talks about his release from TNA in late July as a member of the company’s creative team and what that was like.

“I don’t have any hard feelings against TNA. Hey, it is there company. But I had thought that earlier in the year that we had made a lot of progress. I think a lot of the younger guys were progressing. We had done some good ratings and kinda getting into a good groove,” Mantell said.

“Then all of a sudden, ‘Dutch, we don’t need you anymore’ and I said okay and I walked out the door. It wasn’t a good feeling, but I have no hard feelings towards TNA. It is their company and I actually love TNA. To tell the truth, Dixie Carter treated me good. Jeff Jarrett treated me good.”

Other topics discussed in the interview include:

* Having fun interacting with fans on Twitter
* Introducing a new blog at theworldaccordingtodutch.blogspot.com
