Here are some of the highlights of the latest installment of “Noonan Speaks,” provided by The Mayhem’s official correspondent, Paterson From New Jersey:

Former WWE Head Of Security, Jimmy Noonan, was welcomed back to The Monday Night Mayhem Radio Network by The Big Mosh, Blade, & “The Chairman Of The Board” Todd Vincent. Since the beginning of August, some members of The Mayhem Nation have begun to label Jimmy as “the most infamous man on the Internet.” Someone who has used the world wide web to his advantage throughout his career is former ECW/United States/WWE World Tag Team Champion, Matt Hardy.

This SmackDown superstar has been in headlines as of late with his comments on Twitter about being “punished for the sins of others,” followed by his retraction & explanation of the comment the next day. With the NBA banning some use of Twitter prior to game-time, could there be a WWE ban of Twitter and/or other social networks of some sort after everything that is said by its superstars? Jimmy was very candid in his thoughts on this controversial subject. “It’s never gonna happen. You could only control so many things. They might tell them, but c’mon, it’ll be a big thing one week…and the next week, everybody will forget about it.” He went on to speak about the aforementioned Matthew Moore Hardy, one of the WWE’s most-talented superstars inside the ring & one of its most-controversial talents outside the ring. “When it comes to Matt Hardy, think about where he is in the company. Matt was a mid-carder. However. in terms of the mid-carders, Matt is the very top of the mid-carders. We might just come out of this realizing “The Cameron Crew” (The Hardy’s are from Cameron, NC) are maybe master manipulators. Look at the following Gregory Helms got on Facebook & MySpace. He has one little comment, and 150 people comment on it. We may find out that Matt Hardy is a master manipulator. He works it, he gets it, and that’s exactly what he doing. And what’s gonna happen is people are gonna notice, and he will once again get a monstrous push.”

With Dwayne Johnson’s recent appearance on WWE’s “Decade Of SmackDown” telecast, and his insinuation about possibly guest-hosting Monday Night RAW, fans have been buzzing throughout the past few days wondering if & when it will happen? How close are we from The Rock coming back, albeit one night only, to the WWE? Jimmy’s comments on this subject may shock some people within the wrestling industry. “He’ll do it for the glory of SmackDown, and him being along with Eddie Guerrero, & Brock Lesnar the three greatest SmackDown contributors ever. He’ll do what he needs to do promote the product & to promote The Rock. Would he host a show? He might, under the most perfect of circumstances. Like in Los Angeles, so he could invite all of his movie people. The Rock’s a movie star now. The Rock wants no part of the WWE. But if it’s gonna promote Rock, of course he would come back (just as he did for the tenth anniversary of SmackDown).”

Even more is contained in the latest installment of “Noonan Speaks,” including his uncensored thoughts & rationale as to why The Undertaker/CM Punk World Heavyweight Championship Match was first on the card at the Hell In A Cell Pay-Per-View, while DX/Legacy was last. was the Hell in a Cell PPV and DX/Legacy went last. Mark your calendars Mayhem Nation…as Jimmy returns to the program next Monday night, October 19th, to make some more noise, as The Mayhem’s “Fall Tour ’09” continues!
