A Block: “The Canadian Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith Jr. w/TAKA vs. “The Stone Pitbull” Tomohiro Ishii

Ishii fires out of the corner as the bell sounds and hits a clothesline. Series of forearms by Ishii, but Smith tells him to give him some more. Strike exchange, Smith gains advantage with a series of knees to the ribs. Ishii avoids a big boot and hits 2 running forearms. Ishii with a gut kick, but Smith blocks a suplex. Smith then with a standing suplex slam. Kick to the ribs by Smith, seated surfboard applied. Smith switches to a chinlock. Smith with a knee strike, but Ishii shrugs it off. Another strike exchange, Ishii gains advantage with a series of slaps, but Smith with another knee to the ribs. Smith gains a nearfall. Nerve hold applied, crowd wills on Ishii. Smith with a crossface shot, then stomps away at Ishii and chokes him with his boot. Ishii blocks a Saito with elbows, then they exchange strikes again, Ishii gains advantage. Ishii with a gut kick and this time hits a suplex. Ishii treats Smith to a Violence Party in the corner, followed by a clothesline, but Smith fires out of the corner with more knees to the ribs. Smith with a leaping knee, then taunts the crowd. T-Bone by Smith for a nearfall. Ishii slips out of a suplex, but Smith blocks a German. Ishii with a running forearm, but Smith with a powerslam for a nearfall. Smith this time hits the Saito for a nearfall. Smith with more knees to the ribs, then goes for the Bulldog Bomb, but Ishii blocks it and counters out with a back body drop. Ishii avoids a corner charge and hits a release German on Smith. They head up top, but Smith blocks the delayed superplex. Ishii with headbutts and hits a superplex on Smith, but not the delayed version. Clothesline, enziguri and the Sliding Lariat by Ishii for a nearfall. Smith blocks another clothesline with a boot, but Ishii shrugs it off. Ishii blocks a clothesline and hits a headbutt, but Smith DRILLS him with a BIG clothesline for a nearfall. Smith with a powerbomb for a nearfall. Smith tries to pick up Ishii, but Ishii is dead weight. Smith gains another nearfall. Ishii fires back with the rapid-fire forearms, but Smith with another knee to the ribs. Tiger by Smith, but Ishii KICKS OUT AGAIN!! Smith can’t believe it! Smith goes again for the Bulldog Bomb, but Ishii counters it with a rana! Ishii blocks a boot and hits another headbutt, followed by another clothesline, but Smith kicks out!

BRAINBUSTER!! 1-2-3!

Afterwards, attendants tend to Ishii and appear to pop his shoulder back into his place as it seems that it was separated off the big clothesline by Smith earlier.

B Block: Toru Yano vs. NWA Tag Team Champion Hiroyoshi Tenzan

Tenzan goes after Yano as the bell sounds with a series of right hands and stomps. Series of chops by Tenzan, but Yano pulls him down by the hair. Yano removes the padding from one of the corners and sends Tenzan into the exposed corner! Yano mocks Tenzan’s Mongolian Chops, but Tenzan with a spinning heel kick. Tenzan with a series of Mongolian Chops and stomps to Yano in the corner, followed by a clothesline. Tenzan heads up top, Calf Branding for a nearfall. Tenzan heads back up top, diving headbutt for a nearfall. Tenzan calls for the moonsault and hits Yano with a slam. Tenzan heads up top for the Moonsault, but Yano throws the ref into the ropes, crotching Tenzan. Tenzan sends Yano into the exposed corner, but Yano drop toe holds Tenzan into the exposed middle turnbuckle! Roll-up by Yano for a nearfall. Headbutt and a Mongolian Chop by Tenzan. Anaconda Vice applied, but Yano gets to his feet. Yano grabs the ref and takes him down as Tenzan takes down Yano with the Anaconda Buster back into the Anaconda Vice! YANO TAPS, but the ref is down and doesn’t see it! Tenzan tries to revive the ref while Yano grabs a chair. Tenzan avoids a chairshot and clotheslines the chair back into Yano’s face! Ref stops Yano from low-blowing Yano, allowing Tenzan to hit one of his own, followed by a headbutt.

A Block: Shelton “X” Benjamin w/TAKA vs. “Blue Justice” Yuji Nagata

Nagata attacks Benjamin as the bell sounds with a running boot and a series of leg kicks. Benjamin catches a chest kick and locks in the Ankle Lock, but Nagata kicks him off. Nagata feigns a leaping knee and hits a dropkick to the knees of Benjamin. Benjamin kicks off Nagata and we have a stalemate. The two trash talk each other and Nagata wants a Test of Strength. Benjamin obliges. Nagata gains advantage, but Benjamin with a gut kick. Strike exchange, Nagata gains advantage with a series of jabs. Nagata goes for a right hand, but Benjamin avoids it and hits a Urnangi. They go outside and Benjamin sends Nagata into the barricade, followed by a running boot. Nagata blocks a suplex, but Benjamin with a knee to the ribs. Back in, Benjamin unloads with right hands from the mount. Benjamin then chokes Nagata in the ropes. Another strike exchange, Nagata gains advantage with a series of knees to the ribs. Nagata goes for the Backdrop Hold, but Benjamin counters with a DDT for a nearfall. Chinlock applied, Nagata gets to the ropes. Benjamin with a series of knee strikes, followed by a delayed standing Butterfly for a nearfall. Another strike exchange, then a slap exchange, Benjamin gains advantage. Nagata comes back with an overhead Belly-to-Belly. Series of chest kicks by Nagata, followed by a running boot in the corner. Exploder of Justice by Nagata for a nearfall. Benjamin blocks a suplex, but Nagata with a knee to the ribs. Benjamin misses a clothesline and Nagata with an enziguri. Nagata goes again for the Backdrop Hold, but Benjamin takes him down and locks back in the Ankle Lock. Nagata tries to reach the ropes, but Benjamin pulls him back to the center and grapevines the leg. Crowd wills on Nagata. Nagata thinks about tapping, but is able to reach the ropes. Nagata kicks Benjamin off, but Benjamin with a superkick for a nearfall. German by Benjamin for a nearfall. Benjamin runs into a boot by Nagata, then Nagata hits a spin kick. Another strike exchange, Benjamin gains advantage, then hits the Dragon Whip. Benjamin goes for Paydirt, but Nagata takes him down and locks in the Fujiwara armbar with the eyes rolling back in his head! Benjamin gets to the ropes. Nagata goes to pull Benjamin back to the center, but Benjamin counters back into the Ankle Lock. Nagata rolls out, NAGATA LOCK III!! Benjamin spins over and gains a nearfall.

A Block: IWGP Tag Team Champion “The Outlaw” Doc Gallows vs. NWA Tag Team Champion Satoshi Kojima

Gallows throws down Kojima early. Gallows with a side headlock, followed by a shoulder tackle. Kojima with a series of overhand chops and a side headlock, but no one goes down off a shoulder tackle multiple times. Gallows with a throat thrust, a slam, but Kojima avoids a big splash. Ace Crusher by Kojima, followed by clotheslining Gallows over the ropes and to the outside! Gallows goes to the apron, but Kojima with a running forearm that knocks Gallows back down to the outside. Kojima goes for a slingshot plancha, but Gallows nails him with mid-air with another throat thrust. Gallows sends Kojima into the barricade, then hits another throat thrust. Back in, Gallows with a series of elbow drops for a nearfall. Gallows with a series of elbows to the chest of Kojima, then locks in a chinlock, Kojima gets to the ropes. Leaping leg drop by Gallows for a nearfall. Gallows with a series of gut shots to Kojima in the corner, followed by another throat thrust. Kojima avoids a charge in the corner and hits the rapid-fire chops on Gallows. Running elbow in the corner, Kojima heads up top and hits the top rope elbow drop for a nearfall. Strike exchange, Kojima gains advantage with a series of forearms. Gallows avoids a rolling elbow and hits another throat thrust, followed by a pump kick. Gallows with a front slam, then goes to the middle rope for a Vader Bomb, but Kojima gets his boots up. Gallows blocks a suplex, but Kojima slips out of one by Gallows, hits a kick to his leg, followed by a basement DDT. Brainbuster by Kojima for a nearfall. Off comes the elbow pad and Kojima goes for the Lariat, but Gallows blocks it with a boot. Gallows Pole, but Kojima kicks out! Gallows with a flying hip attack in the corner, but Kojima blocks a clothesline and hits a Northern Lariat.

B Block: “The Stardust Genius” Tetsuya Naito vs. Hirooki Goto

Dueling chants for both men as the bell sounds. Naito backs Goto into the ropes and hits an overhand chop. Overhand chop exchange ensues, Goto gains advantage with a gut kick, but Naito with a dropkick. Crowd is booing Naito. More overhand chops by Naito, followed by a forearm. Goto with an armdrag, then clotheslines Naito to the outside and poses for the crowd. Goto goes out after Naito and hits a series of elbows to the back of his head, followed by a back club. Goto sends Naito into the barricade and hits a running boot. They fight into the crowd, with Goto sending Naito into a bunch of chairs. Ref begins his 20 count and Goto gets back in at 10. Naito gets back in at the count of 18. Goto stomps away at Naito, but Naito fights back with right hand. Naito with a side headlock takeover, but Goto counters out with a headscissors and turns to his belly to put more torque on the hold. Naito gets to the ropes. Suplex by Goto for a 1 count. Chinlock applied by Goto, followed by an elbow to the face of Naito. Naito fights back with forearms, but Goto with a big one, then stomps away at Naito in the corner and chokes him with his boot. Goto with the spinning heel kick in the corner, followed by a Backdrop Driver for a nearfall. Goto goes for Ushikoroshi, but Naito slips out. Goto with a gut kick, but Naito catches him with a neckbreaker. Naito with a hiptoss, a sliding dropkick, a snapmare and a running senton. Naito heads up top and hits a missile dropkick that sends Goto into the corner. Naito runs into a boot by Goto, but hits a series of forearms. Goto with a gut kick, but Naito fights out of another Ushikoroshi attempt. Goto goes off Naito’s blind side, but Naito avoids a clothesline. Naito misses a clothesline and Goto this time hits Ushikoroshi! Strike exchange, Naito gains advantage and knocks down Goto with a big forearm. Naito with a running dropkick in the corner, then goes to the apron and hits a slingshot dropkick. They head up top and Naito hits Goto with a Super Rana. German by Naito for a nearfall. Naito hits Goto with Gloria, then heads up top. Naito goes for the Stardust Press, but Goto moves out of the way! Both charge at each other, with Naito catching Goto with a wheelbarrow victory roll for a nearfall. Goto misses a clothesline and Naito with an enziguri. Goto avoids a flying forearm by Naito, Naito blocks a German, but Goto DRILLS him with a headbutt! Reverse Ushikoroshi by Goto, but Naito kicks out!

B Block: IWGP Champion “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles vs. “The American Psycho” Lance Archer w/TAKA

Styles goes for a waistlock early, but Archer quickly throws him off. Styles goes to the outside to regroup. Back in, Archer with a gut kick and a back club. Styles slides under Archer’s legs, but Archer slips out of a wheelbarrow. Archer charges in, but Styles pulls down the top rope, sending Archer to the outside. Styles then wipes out Archer with a slingshot plancha! Back in, Styles stomps away at Archer, followed by a chop. Archer blocks an Irish whip, but Styles with another chop. Styles off the ropes, but Archer follows him in with a forearm. Styles with a leaping back elbow, Archer misses a clothesline, but counters a rana attempt by Styles with a powerbomb! Styles sidesteps a back body drop attempt and goes for the Styles Clash, but Archer slips out and hits a big boot. Archer traps Styles in the ropes and hits a series of right hands to the back of his head, followed by a Northern Lariat. Archer stomps away at Styles in the corner and stands on his throat. Archer menaces the ref, then hits a knee to the ribs of Styles, followed by a series of back clubs. Crackerjack Throw by Archer, but Styles avoids the 10 punches in the corner and kicks out Archer’s leg from the middle rope. Styles goes outside and locks Archer in the ringpost Figure Four. Back in, Styles with a springboard forearm to Archer. Styles with kicks to the injured leg of Archer, but Archer throws him off. Archer places Styles on the middle rope, but Styles with a back kick. Archer catches Styles off a springboard crossbody and goes for the Blackout, but Styles slips out and hits a dropkick to the knees of Archer. Elbow drop by Styles to the leg of Archer, then locks him in a leglock. Styles wraps up Archer’s leg around his own legs and drops down to the mat, doing damage to the leg of Archer. Styles with another kick to the leg, followed by one to the ribs. Figure Four locked in by Styles in the center of the ring. Archer thinks about tapping, but is able to reach the ropes. Styles with a series of chest kicks, but it only fires Archer up. Archer catches Styles off the ropes and goes again for the Blackout, but Styles again slips out and hits Archer with a chopblock. Styles goes to lock Archer back in the Figure Four, but Archer kicks him off and hits a clothesline. Styles with another dropkick to the knees of Archer, but Archer catches him and hits the F’N Slam. Archer then turns Styles inside out with a running shoulder tackle. Styles with a series of strikes, ending with a spinning backfist. Styles goes for a discus clothesline, but Archer goozles him and hits the Chokeslam for a nearfall. Archer places Styles up top and hits a series of right hands. Archer tries again for the Blackout, but Styles rakes the eyes. Archer places Styles in Electric Chair position, but his leg gives out on him. However, Archer is able to get back to his feet, still holding onto Styles in Electric Chair position. Styles lands on his feet and hits the Pele Kick, followed by Bloody Sunday, but Archer kicks out! Styles makes his kill shot and goes for the Styles Clash, but Archer blocks it. Styles with a back club and a chop, but Archer catches him off a spin kick attempt and hits a powerbomb for a nearfall. Archer heads up top for a Moonsault, but Styles moves out of the way and Archer clutches his leg. Styles goes back to the apron and springboards, but Archer goozles him in mid-air! Archer goes for another Chokeslam, but Styles slips out and takes Archer down.

B Block: Minoru Suzuki w/TAKA vs. “The Unchained Gorilla” Togi Makabe

Suzuki with a gut kick and a series of forearms early. The two then slug it out until Suzuki with a series of knees to the ribs. Makabe comes back with a shoulder tackle. They head outside and Makabe sends Suzuki into the barricade. Makabe has words with the ref, allowing TAKA to give Suzuki a chair. Suzuki nails Makabe in the ribs and in the back multiple times with the chair. Suzuki with a knee strike, then sends Makabe off the apron. Suzuki places Makabe inside one of the barricade bars and pulls back on his head. Suzuki then grabs a pen and stabs it against Makabe’s forehead. Back in, Suzuki with a big knee to the ribs of Makabe, then stomps away at him. Big forearm by Suzuki, followed by a running boot in the corner. Snapmare, but Makabe doubles over in pain, clutching his injured jaw. Suzuki presses his knee against the face of Makabe, then locks in a chinlock. Suzuki then with an elbow right to the injured jaw of Makabe. Makabe fights back, but Suzuki with more knees to the ribs. Makabe fires back with forearms, but Suzuki with more forearms and knees to the ribs. Makabe fires up again and hits a series of forearms and clothesline shots to Suzuki in the corner. Big clothesline in the corner by Makabe, but he runs into a boot by Suzuki. Suzuki goes to the apron and when Makabe tries to clothesline him to the outside, Suzuki catches him with an armbar, but Makabe with right hands that gets him free from the hold and send Suzuki to the outside. TAKA attacks Makabe on the outside, but Makabe sends him into the barricade and clotheslines TAKA into the crowd! Makabe avoids a running boot by Suzuki and traps his leg in the barricade, then kicks the barricade multiple times, doing damage to Suzuki’s leg. Makabe grabs a chair, but the ref stops him. Back in, Makabe stomps away at Suzuki, but Suzuki yells at him to give him some more. Suzuki gets to his feet and tries to get the blood flowing back in his leg. Makabe then knocks him back down with a kick to the leg. Suzuki slips out of a suplex and locks in a Sleeper. Makabe avoids a Gotch Piledriver attempt, but Suzuki slips out of a Death Valley Driver attempt. Suzuki locks back in the Sleeper, but Makabe gets free by driving Suzuki back into the corner, then hits more kicks to Suzuki’s injured leg. Leglock applied by Makabe along with right hands to Suzuki. Suzuki comes back with a series of slaps, but Makabe with right hands. This exchange continues until Makabe puts more pressure on the leglock. Suzuki tries to reach the ropes, but Makabe puts more pressure on the hold. Suzuki with a series of right hands, but Makabe again puts more pressure on the hold. Suzuki then is finally able to reach the ropes to force a break. Makabe with a short-arm clothesline, followed by a Death Valley Driver for a nearfall. Makabe goes for a powerbomb, but Suzuki slips out and locks back in the Sleeper. Makabe slips out, then Suzuki tries to go off Makabe’s blind side, but his leg buckles. Makabe off the ropes, but Suzuki catches him with a dropkick! Makabe misses a clothesline and Suzuki hits 2 big right hands to the injured jaw, followed by a sliding kick.

A Block: “The Mad Dog” Katsuyori Shibata vs. Tomoaki Honma

The two go nose-to-nose before the bell. The two charge at each other as the bell sounds and exchange strikes, Shibata gains advantage. Honma with a big forearm, Shibata with a big boot, but Honma shrugs it off and hits a shoulder tackle. Honma off the ropes, but Shibata avoids the falling headbutt, however Honma avoids a head kick and we have a stalemate. Shibata with a spinning back kick that doubles over Honma. They head outside and Shibata sends Honma into the barricade, followed by a flying kick. Honma sends Shibata into the barricade and clotheslines him into the crowd. Honma gets back in as the ref begins his 20 count. Shibata gets back in at the count of 15. Honma with a forearm, then chokes Shibata with his boot. More forearms by Honma, but Shibata fires out of the corner and gets in Honma’s face after every forearm. Big forearm by Shibata knocks down Honma. Shibata with a series of forearms to Honma in the corner. Shibata goes to charge in, but Honma follows him in with a running elbow. Honma goes to charge in, but Shibata follows him in with a flying kick. Shibata charges in, but Honma TURNS HIM INSIDE OUT WITH A BIG CLOTHESLINE!! Honma with another running elbow in the corner, followed by a bulldog, but Shibata again avoids the falling headbutt. Honma catches a chest kick and hits an elbow to the leg, a slam and this time hits the falling headbutt. Honma runs into boots by Shibata, but comes back with another big clothesline. Honma goes to the middle rope, but Shibata knocks him off with another flying kick. Shibata with a series of elbows in the corner, then hits the hestitation dropkick! Butterfly by Shibata for a nearfall. Shibata goes for Go 2 Sleep, but Honma blocks it. Shibata blocks a suplex, Honma blocks another Go 2 Sleep attempt, but Shibata drills him with a spinning back chop! Shibata off the ropes, but Honma catches him with a flying shoulder tackle! Brainbuster by Honma for a nearfall. Honma goes for the Pillar Crash, but Shibata slips out and locks in a Sleeper. Honma begins to fade, but then fires back up and reaches the ropes. Shibata with a chest kick, but Honma catches the PK. Shibata with rapid-fire slaps, but Honma DRILLS him with a big slap! PILLAR CRASH BY HONMA!! 1-2…..SHIBATA KICKS OUT!! Honma with a slam, then calls for the Kokeshi. Honma heads up top and goes for it, but Shibata gets his boot up! Honma charges in, but Shibata with a kitchen sink for a 1 count. Shibata with a chest kick, HONMA KICKS OUT AT ONE AGAIN! Shibata off the ropes, but Honma with another big clothesline for a nearfall. Shibata then DRILLS Honma with another spinning back chop to the face! Shibata fires up, lifts Honma up for the Go 2 Sleep, but Honma tries to fight out.

Shibata is not to be denied, GO 2 SLEEP!!! PK!!! 1-2-3!

B Block: NEVER Champion “Mr. Rated R” Yujiro Takahashi vs. “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada w/Gedo

Yujiro attacks Okada in the rampway as Okada his making his entrance. Yujiro sends Okada into the ringpost, then takes off Okada’s ring jacket and throws it down to the ground. They head in the ring and Yujiro stomps away at Okada, followed by a series of chops. Yujiro hot-shots Okada across the top rope and chokes him with his boot. Snapmare into a chinlock by Yujiro. Crowd wills on Okada. Okada fights out, but Yujiro catches him off the ropes with a back elbow and taunts the crowd. Yujiro paintbrushes Okada, but Okada tells him to bring it on. Yujiro with a series of forearms and back elbows in the corner, then gets in Okada’s face and taunts him. Yujiro runs into a boot, then Okada places him on the ropes, but Yujiro kicks him off. Okada comes back with a big boot and a snapmare, but Yujiro rolls out to the outside to avoid a sliding dropkick. Okada goes out after him, but Yujiro with a clothesline. Yujiro then hot-shots Okada across the barricade. Back in, Yujiro gains a nearfall. Chinlock re-applied, crowd again wills on Okada. Okada fights out, Yujiro misses a back elbow and a clothesline, but hits a big boot. Yujiro off the ropes, but Okada catches him with a one-man flapjack. Okada with a back elbow, a big boot, Yujiro misses a clothesline and Okada with a DDT, followed by a kip-up. Okada avoids a charge in the corner, places Yujiro up top and knocks him down to the outside with the Too Awesome Dropkick! Okada sends Yujiro into the barricade and hits a running boot that sends Yujiro into the crowd. Okada then hits Yujiro with a draping DDT on the outside! Back in, Okada with a slam, then heads up top and hits the top rope elbow drop. Okada calls for the Rainmaker and goes for it, but Yujiro avoids it and rakes the eyes of Okada. Yujiro avoids a charge in the corner and hits a running boot, followed by a Fisherman’s Buster for a nearfall. Okada blocks an Olympic Slam with elbows, then slips out of a second attempt, but third time is the charm for Yujiro as he avoids a clothesline by Okada and this time hits the Olympic Slam for a nearfall. Yujiro goes for Tokyo Pimps, but Okada blocks it, then counters out with the Emerald Frosion across the knee. Okada lifts up Yujiro and hits Heavy Rain for a nearfall. Okada goes for the Tombstone, but Yujiro blocks it and grabs the ref. While the ref is distracted, Yujiro with a low blow, followed by a clothesline. Deadlift German by Yujiro for a nearfall. Yujiro then this time hits Tokyo Pimps, but Okada kicks out! Yujiro calls for the Buckle Bomb, but Okada counters out with a rana, followed by the Too Awesome Dropkick to the back of Yujiro’s head! Strike exchange, Okada gains advantage, but Yujiro fires back with forearms and again rakes the eyes of Okada. Yujiro off the ropes, but Okada catches him with another Too Awesome Dropkick, followed by this time hitting the Tombstone!

Main Event in A Block: “The King of Strong Style” Shinsuke Nakamura vs. “The Ace of the Universe” Hiroshi Tanahashi

Dueling chants for both men as the bell sounds. Chain wrestling early until Tanahashi with a side headlock takeover. Nakamura gets to his feet, Tanahashi takes him back down. Nakamura gets out with a headscissors, Tanahashi with an armdrag into an armbar, Nakamura again gets out with a headscissors, we have a stalemate. Tanahashi with a gut kick, but Nakamura flips out of a snapmare and takes Tanahashi down. Tanahashi avoids 2 head kicks by Nakamura and we have another stalemate. Tanahashi mocks Nakamura’s hand gesture, then Nakamura with a series of knees to the ribs. Nakamura runs into double boots and a back elbow by Tanahashi, then Tanahashi with a springboard crossbody and a dropkick to Nakamura. Tanahashi charges in and catches a kick by Nakamura, but Nakamura with a back heel kick. Nakamura with a one-legged dropkick that sends Tanahashi to the outside. Nakamura goes out after him and drapes Tanahashi across the ring apron, then hits a running knee to the ribs. Back in, Nakamura with a snapmare into a chinlock. Tanahashi fights back, but Nakamura takes him back down and hits a leaping kneedrop for a nearfall. Nakamura kicks at Tanahashi, but Tanahashi fires back with a series of overhand chops. Nakamura with another knee to the ribs, then avoids a crossbody in the corner by Tanahashi. Nakamura goes for the running knee to the ribs in the corner, but Tanahashi slips out and goes onto the apron. Tanahashi kicks Nakamura off and gets back in. Series of forearms by Tanahashi, followed by a flying forearm. Tanahashi with a slam, then goes to the middle rope and hits a senton bomb for a nearfall. Tanahashi stomps away at Nakamura in the corner, then mocks Nakamura by doing his own shaky boot dealy-a-bob. Nakamura grabs Tanahashi’s foot, hits another knee to the ribs, then does his shaky boot dealy-a-bob back to Tanahashi. Nakamura places Tanahashi across the top rope and hits the running knee to the ribs for a nearfall. Nakamura goes for the reverse suplex, but Tanahashi fights out with elbows. Nakamura with another knee to the ribs, then misses a head kick and Tanahashi catches the second head kick and hits an inverted Dragon Screw! Nakamura tries to get the blood flowing back in his leg. Strike exchange, but Tanahashi with a kick to the leg of Nakamura. Nakamura comes back with an enziguri, then locks Tanahashi in an Arm Triangle. Tanahashi with kicks to Nakamura’s head and is able to get free and counter out into the Cloverleaf. Nakamura is able to reach the ropes. Tanahashi with another shot to the leg of Nakamura, then hits a Dragon Screw. Tanahashi calls for the Slingblade, but Nakamura avoids it and hits a backstabber, followed by this time hitting the reverse suplex. Nakamura calls for the Boma-Ye, but Tanahashi catches him with the Slingblade! Tanahashi heads up top for the High Fly Flow, but Nakamura moves out of the way! Standing Gourdbuster by Nakamura, followed by a big knee strike to the back of Tanahashi’s head! Nakamura goes again for the Boma-Ye, but Tanahashi catches him with another Slingblade! Another strike exchange, Tanahashi gains advantage, but Nakamura fires back with the Superman Forearm. Tanahashi responds with a big slap, then Nakamura with one of his own. Nakamura avoids a slap, then blocks a Strait-Jacket German, but Tanahashi with a chopblock, followed by an inverted Slingblade! Tanahashi heads up top, HIGH FLY FLOW CROSSBODY! Tanahashi heads back up top for the High Fly Flow, but Nakamura gets his knees up! Nakamura goes to the middle rope, 2ND ROPE BOMA-YE TO THE BACK OF TANAHASHI’s HEAD!! 1-2…TANAHASHI KICKS OUT!! Nakamura goes again for the Boma-Ye, but Tanahashi grabs his leg! Tanahashi goes for another Dragon Screw, but Nakamura slips out! BOMA-YE!! 1-2….TANAHASHI KICKS OUT AGAIN!! Nakamura can’t believe it! Nakamura goes for another Boma-Ye, but Tanahashi trips him up!

Leg roll-up into a Backlund Bridge by Tanahashi for the win.

Afterwards, Tanahashi does his air guitar routine to close the show.
