The next step in Jeff Hardy’s legal issues will be a probable cause hearing on November 4 before the Moore County Criminal District Court in Carthage, North Carolina reports PWInsider. The hearing will determine if a crime was committed and if the defendant (Hardy) committed it. If it is determined that Hardy did commit a crime, it will be passed on to a Grand Jury where evidence would be reviewed and a decision would be made on whether or not to criminally indict Hardy on various drug-related charges that he was arrested for on September 11.
