Show opens with a video looking at last week’s Finals of the Trios Title Tournament where Son of Havoc, Angelico & Ivelisse became the first champions. We then see a look at the final match of Drago & Aerostar’s best of 5 series where Drago won Dario Cueto’s Unique Opportunity, a shot at Prince Puma’s Lucha Underground Title, which takes place tonight. But, if Drago loses, he will be exiled from the Temple forever!
We go outside the Temple where Dario Cueto rips on the Crew for dropping the ball last week as he had handpicked them to win the Trios Titles. Cueto takes the Crew inside a room that is housing the monster, Montaza. Cueto reveals Montaza as his brother and the person he has been keeping inside a jail cell all this time. Cueto warns the Crew that if they screw up again, they will have to deal with Montaza.
We go inside the Temple now as commentary welcomes us to the show. Ring announcer Melissa Santos gives the ring introductions for the opening match.

Backstage, Dario Cueto walks up to Drago, talking about tonight’s main event.
Cueto then walks up to Prince Puma, talking with him about tonight’s main event. Cueto goes to leave the locker room, where Hernandez runs into him, complaining about having to face King Cuerno & Cage in a 3-Way tonight. Cueto mentions that its a #1 Contenders Match and Hernandez is OK with it, saying he doesn’t care about Prince Puma anyway and he will be the next Lucha Underground Champion. We then see that Puma heard all of this and was upset that Hernandez has been playing him the entire time.
Ricky Mandel vs. Vinny Massaro vs. Argenis vs. Famous B never gets started as Texano Jr. runs out right as the bell sounds and lays waste to all four men. Texano grabs a mic and cuts a promo on Daivari, challenging him to a fight.
Outside the Temple, Dario Cueto runs into Marty “The Moth” Martinez, who says he is a big fan of Lucha Underground and wants a chance to wrestle, but Cueto blows him off and leaves.
Triple Threat #1 Contenders Match: Hernandez def. King Cuerno & Cage by pinfall when he pinned Cuerno with a Sit-Out Dominator.
During the match, Marty the Moth ran in and got involved, leading to all three men laying waste and chucking him from the ring.
Interview segment where Vampiro interviews new Trios Champions Angelico, Son of Havoc & Ivelisse about their title win last week. The new champions constanlty argue about who is team captain and who helped their team win last week, however, they all said that even though they may not like each other, they will fight together to defend the Trios Titles.
Main Event for the Lucha Underground Title vs. Drago’s Lucha Underground Career: Prince Puma (c) w/Konnan def. Drago to retain the title via pinfall with a Spinning Curtain Call Driver after Hernandez interfered, going to hit Puma with Get Off of Me, but Puma moved and Hernandez hit Drago with it.
Afterwards, Puma was upset about winning the match that way, even though Konnan told him he had to win by any means neccessary. Puma & Drago shook hands and embraced in a sign of mutual respect. Puma & Konnan left as the crowd gave Drago a standing ovation, who was in near tears, acknowledging the fans as he left.
Backstage as Drago was leaving the Temple for the final time, he ran into Dario Cueto. Drago said in English that he would see Cueto again, then walked off to an open door. When the door closed, the room Drago walked into burst into flames as the show closed.
