Jimmy Snuka pleads not guilty, judge issues gag order

WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka has pled not guilty to charges of murdering his girlfriend back in 1983. Snuka appeared in court in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania on Monday stating his mental healthis poor and that he is suffering from early onset dimentia.

Judge Kelly L. Banach, the presiding Judge in the Jimmy Snuka murder case, issued a gag order against the prosecution and the defense this week preventing both sides from speaking publicly about the case.  Chief Deputy District Attorney Charles Gallaghter III made the initial request after he was contacted by “Dateline” for an interview about the case, causing Snuka’s defense attorney Robert Kirwan to claim the series was working with The Argentino family.
