Nick Bockwinkel and Harley Race to go ?On the Mat? this week.

Professional wrestling legends Nick Bockwinkel and Harley Race will be radio show guests Wednesday night.

Bockwinkel is one of five wrestlers who will be inducted into the George Tragos/Lou Thesz Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in Waterloo, Iowa on July 11. He will also be playing in the 10th Annual Celebrity Golf Tournament on July 10 at beautiful Irv Warren Memorial Golf Course in Waterloo. Bockwinkel was one of the top wrestlers of his generation and held numerous title belts in his thirty plus years as a professional wrestler.

Harley Race will be bringing his World League Wrestling show to Waterloo, Iowa as part of our pro wrestling hall of fame weekend on July 10. This will be the third consecutive year WLW has put on a show at Young Arena in Waterloo. Race was an eight-time world champion as a professional wrestler and is regarded in the business as one of the toughest men ever to step into the ring. Retired from competition, Race runs a professional wrestling training center in Eldon, Missouri called the Harley Race Wrestling Academy and many of his students are currently progressing through the ranks.
