Stephanie comes out and says that Bischoff's #1 contender is a load a crap. She will create her own #1 contender since Brock is exclusive to Smackdown. There will be a series of matches and the winners would advance.

Series Match #1
Eddie Guerrero vs Edge
Winner: Eddie via Frog Splash Eddie advances.

Reverend D-Von defeated John Cena
After the match, Batista ran in and powerbombed D-Von.

Billy Kidman was suppose to fight Rico (At least that what it said in the papers but it ended up being Rey replacing Kidman.)
Rico vs Rey Mysterio
Winner: Rey Mysterio via 619 followed by the West Coast Pop

Series Match #2
Rikishi pinned Eddie Guerrero to advance. During the match, Benoit did a run-in, but Edge came out to even the odds.

Shannin Moore defeated Tajiri with a roll-up

Chris Benoit vs Rikishi
Winner: Chris Benoit via Crossface.

Then it was announced that Chris Benoit would face Kurt Angle and a mystery defector from RAW in the main event in a triple threat match for the #1 contendership.

Non-Title Match
Brock Lesnar defeated Matt Hardy via F5. After the match, Brock came back in the ring and double powerbombed Matt.

Undertaker defects to Smackdown.

Main Event -Triple Threat Match
Undertaker vs Kurt Angle vs Chris Benoit
Winner and the #1 Contender, The Undertaker via pinning Chris Benoit after the Last Ride.
