D'Lo Brown came to the ring, with the steel cage still up, and he waved off the road crew. Brown said he had come to TNA to become the World Champion, but he was sidetracked by AJ Styles. He said he tried to help Styles, but that Styles had been "injected with Vince Russo's poison". Brown said his quest for the World title begins now, but that tonight was personal, and called out Styles to tell him why he went with Russo. Styles, without the title belt, came to the ring in streetclothes. They went nose to nose for a moment, then started brawling. Brown and Styles went at it, with Brown tossing Styles into the cage. Styles worked over Brown with a chair and the bat, while Russo yelled at him on the mic. Jeff Jarrett ran down, but security held him back. Russo said Jarrett will never get a title shot if he comes in. Styles gave Brown the Styles Clash on the chair, as security backed Jarrett out of the building. Russo demanded that the referee count to three, as Styles covered Brown. Russo said "Your work is done champ".

Backstage, Shark Boy was in a kiddie pool, with New Jack telling him that he should be scouting the Hard 10 matches for him. New Jack said that black people don't do good in the water, because "the last time they put a bunch of black people in the water it was in a big boat, and the ride wasn't any fun." Shark Boy tried to get New Jack to play and octopus ring toss game with him in the pool, and New Jack finally agreed, getting in the pool with Shark Boy.

Hard 10 Tornament Match
Sandman d. Sonny Siaki

Siaki attacked Sandman as he was making his entrance, and took a quick 2-0 lead. Sandman came back with a legdrop with a chair, making it 2-1 in favor of Siaki. Sandman placed Siaki gut first on the ropes, and hit a legdrop off the top rope to the back of the head with a chair, making it 2-2. Sandman stopped to light up a smoke. Sandman wedged a chair in the corner, then handed his cigarette to the referee to hold. Siaki reversed a whip and sent Sandman into the chair to take the lead, 3-2. Siaki took Sandman's smoke from the referee, but choked on it. Siaki used a trash can to send Sandman onto a table, making it 4-2. Siaki the splashed Sandman through the table on the floor from the top rope, making it 9-3. Sandman came back with a pair of weapons shots to make it 9-4. Sandman hit Siaki with a trash can lid to make it 9-5, then another lid to make it 9-6. Sandman then hit a somersault senton off the top rope to the floor, putting Siaki through the table to win the match 11-9. After the match, the two wanted to keep going at it, but the referee held them apart. New Jack came to the ring. New Jack and Sandman will meet in the finals next week. Siaki exited, and New Jack got on the microphone. Jack said that next week they will beat the "dog doo-doo" out of each other. For now, they toasted each other with a couple of beers.

Backstage, Sonny Siaki was interviewed by Goldylocks. Siaki said that there would be changes, since Vince Russo was now in control. Goldylocks said that just because AJ Styles is the champion, doesn't mean Vince Russo was in charge. Trinity (who was friends with Goldylocks up until now) walked in, and starting choking Goldylocks, with Siaki saying there would be more of this in the future.

Jeff Jarrett & Raven vs. Shane Douglas & Glen Gilberti - no contest
Raven and Douglas went at it in the aisle before Jarrett was even introduced. Jarrett and Gilberti joined the fray, and they all brawled at ringside. Douglas and Raven went at it briefly in the ring, then went to the floor. Raven went for a pescado on Douglas and hit both him and Gilberti, but appeared to hurt his ankle. Jarrett and Raven showed some teamwork, slugging Douglas. Jarrett and Gilberti fought into the crowd on one side of the building, while Raven (who was limping) and Douglas fought into the other side. Jarrett and Gilberti exchanged chair shots in the crowd. Jarrett joined Raven and Douglas, whipping Douglas into Raven's drop toe hold into a chair. They continued to brawl in the crowd, with Jarrett and Raven hitting the drop toe hold into a chair spot again on Gilberti. They made their way back to ringside. Douglas came off the apron, but Jarrett moved, and Douglas hit the guardrail. Jarrett rammed Gilberti into the announcers table, and hit him with a chair to the head. Jarrett slugged Gilberti, but accidentally rammed into Raven, who was on the apron, as he leapt over Gilberti as he crisscrossed the ropes. Raven fell to the floor, allowing Douglas and Gilberti to get control on Jarrett. It actually settled into a tag match at this point. Jarrett made a tag to Raven, but the referee didn't see it. Gilberti put Jarrett in a sleeperhold. Jarrett broke out with a jawbreaker, and made the tag to Raven. Raven cleaned house on Gilberti and Douglas, although he was still favoring his leg. He hit a bulldog on Douglas and a clothesline on Gilberti at the same time, and got a two count on Douglas. Raven hit a DDT on Douglas, but Gilberti broke it up. The match broke down at this point, with all four men going at it. Gilberti pulled out a chain to hit Raven, but Jeff Jarrett hit Gilberti with a guitar first. Douglas kicked out at two. Jim Mitchell ran to ringside. Raven tossed Douglas from the ring, then tossed Gilberti from the ring. Jim Mitchell ran into the ring and threw a fireball at Raven. The bell rang to end the match, which I guess is a no-contest. The Gathering ran in to aid Raven, as the announcers said that Douglas's "deal with the devil" must have been with Mitchell to end the show.
