Russo, baseball bat in hand, and Styles came to the ring. Russo said this was not a personal issue. Russo said that as long as Styles has the belt, they have all the stroke in the company. Russo said he and Styles were now "on vacation" because there were no more contenders. Russo said they begged Sting to come in, but he hasn't shown up. Styles and Russo started to leave. Watts said Styles had three options. One was for Russo and Styles to go rent a hotel room with one bed so they can play "hide the pee-pee" for a while. Option two was to face Low Ki tonight for the title. Option three was to leave, and forfeit the title. Russo said they would get back to Watts, but Watts said Styles had three seconds to make a decision. Styles came back to the ring alone. Styles dared Watts to take the belt from him. Low Ki ran into the ring before they could go at it, and attacked Styles. Low Ki, his shoulder heavily bandaged, went at it with Styles, but Legend ran in to attack Low Ki. Scott Hudson interviewed Chris Sabin. Hudson announced that Sabin was being allowed to retain the X Title, despite the controversy from last week. They discussed the number one contender's ladder match between Frankie Kazarian and Michael Shane. Sabin said he didn't care who won, and was confident he would be able to beat either of them.
Ladder Match Michaels Shane vs. Frankie Kazarian - no-contest A contract for an X Division Title match was hanging above the ring, with the first wrestler to grab it being the winner. At the four minute mark, Kazarian backdropped Shane into the ladder, which was propped in the corner. While Sabin beat up both men, Don Callis came down to ringside and took off with the X Division Title belt. Sabin seemed to have snapped, screaming and beating on Kazarian and Shane, before realizing his belt was gone.

Scott Hudson interviewed Don Callis. Callis said that since Watts was "tied up", he had been put in charge of the X-Division problem. Callis introduced a diagram of a ring with four 15' steel poles in each corner, with wire connecting them in an "X" pattern above the ring. The X-Division title would be hung in the middle of the "X" and the wrestlers would have to climb one of the poles and go across the wire (no ladders) to reach the belt. This match will be called "Ultimate X" and will involve Chris Sabin, Michael Shane and Frankie Kazarian next week.
