This week's edition of Total Nonstop Action on DirecTV and InDemand opened with footage of the previous week, followed by an altercation in the parking lot between NWA Director of Authority Erik Watts and TNA Management Consultant Don Callis.

Next up was the special live performance by 3 Live Kru of their new hip-hop single, complete with a band. However, the festivities were rudely interrupted by one-half of the NWA World Tag Team Champions Simon Diamond, along with manager Glenn Gilberti and David Young. After laying out the number one contenders during the music, Gilberti and crew claimed their match later was off - but Glenn didn't get much further as Raven and the Gathering hit the ring and crashed Gilberti's party.

Later, Raven explained how being cut last week brought a new hate out of him - it appears the war with Mitchell, Douglas, Vampiro and the New Church isn't over yet!

During the following official introductions with commentators Mike Tenay and Don West, Kid Kash busted in and told the announcers he wasn't going to be responsible for what he did to the legendary Terry Taylor in their match later on.

Scott Hudson interviewed X Division pioneer Jerry Lynn, who was one of five contenders to become the number one contender in the X Elimination Match. Lynn went on to win the bout after eliminating Chris Sabin, thus earning a shot at Michael Shane's X Title next week.

Scott Hudson was in the middle of an interview with Mad Mikey and Shark Boy when Sonny Siaki and his muscle Ekmo rushed the set and annihilated the duo.

Part One of Mike Tenay's sit down interview with the legendary Rowdy Roddy Piper aired. Part Two will air next week exclusively on InDemand and DirecTV.

TNA Management Consultant Don Callis was next in the ring, about to seemingly lay down the law on Jeff Jarrett...but NWA Director of Authority Erik Watts came out to put a short end to Callis' speech. Staking his official claim to authority over the ring, Watts and his BlackShirt security not only sent Callis and his men packing, but took control of the show by announcing the rest of the nights matches.

First up was Watts' BlackShirt Security of Chris Vaughn and Rick Santel against Callis' juggernauts - Kevin Northcutt and Ryan Wilson. The Red Shirts nearly destroyed their opposites, but thanks to a hand from Watts, the BlackShirts pulled it out. During the match, Rick Santel broke his collar bone and was treated at the arena.

Up next was the Kid Kash vs. Terry Taylor bout, which featured Abyss and America's Most Wanted at ringside. Thanks to the former Tag Team Champions, Taylor as able to beat the K-I-D.

Jeff Jarrett then faced "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels, a match that has been building for weeks in TNA. Unfortunately for Daniels, his own newfound ministry cost him the contest. After losing to Jarrett, Daniels took out his frustrations on his "Followers".

In the back, Scott Hudson interviewed "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes about his upcoming Bunkhouse Match with Champion AJ Styles. Rhodes ended the interview by claiming he was going to his truck to unload some weapons!

Another of Director of Authority Erik Watts' matches was up next, featuring a six-man tag team match where the titles were on the line - Gilberti, Diamond and David Young (subbing for an injured Johnny Swinger) against the 3 Live Kru. In the end, the champs were able to successfully defend the gold against Konnan, James and The Truth.

After getting the best of Champion AJ Styles, Dusty Rhodes ended up handing out spankings to Styles as well as Trinity, who was luckily wearing a thong for the occasion! Later on, AJ Styles told Tenay and West there was no way Rhodes would ever embarrass him like that again. As a result, the challenge was made for next week - Champion AJ Styles and Vince Russo vs. "The American" Dream Dusty Rhodes and Jeff Jarrett!

In the main event of the evening, Raven and the Gathering were able to beat the New Church, but following the contest Mitchell and his henchmen hung Raven with a chain! Bloody and battered once more, Raven's redemption must wait another week.
