- The show opened with Scott Hudson interviewing Jimmy Hart outside by his limo. Hart almost showed who he brought to the show, but stopped himself and said he wanted Jarrett to think about it more and be scared.
- America's Most Wanted (Chris Harris & James Storm) defeated Glenn Gilberti & David Young when Harris & Storm superkicked Gilberti out of the ring and gave Young the Hart Attack and Death Sentence for the win. After the match, Harris & Storm got on the mic and complained about how they haven't received a rematch against Simon Diamond & Johnny Swinger for the NWA World Tag Team Titles (they would get an answer later in the night).
- Backstage, Scott Hudson was with X Division Champion Michael Shane. Shane said he was told tonight by "someone" to not defend his X Title against people who would not elevate his career.
- Michael Shane defeated Sonjay Dutt in a Non-Title Match when Dutt missed a corkscrew 450 splash and Shane rolled up Dutt holding the trunks for the win.
- Backstage, Scott Hudson was with Dusty Rhodes. Rhodes wondered who Jimmy Hart would be bringing in tonight to face Jeff Jarrett.
- Erik Watts & Don Harris w/ Chris Vaughn defeated Red Shirt Security (Kevin Northcutt & Ryan Wilson) w/ Don Callis when Harris ducked a fist full of handcuffs from Northcutt and rolled him up for the win. After the match, Northcutt & Wilson knocked Harris out the ring while Erik Watts chased down Don Callis. Northcutt & Wilson stopped stopped Watts and gave him a big spike piledriver. Harris came back in the ring with a steel chair and knocked out Northcutt & Wilson. Goldylocks hit the ring to check on Watts.
- A video highlight was shown of Jeff Jarrett's attack on Hulk Hogan in Japan, Vince Russo, winning the NWA World Heavyweight Title last week over AJ Styles and beating up Jimmy Hart.
Mike Tenay then introduced the new NWA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Jarrett to the ring. Jarrett said he was the "Mr. October" of wrestling since he took out Hulk Hogan, Vince Russo, AJ Styles, Jimmy Hart and become the NWA World Champ again all in one month. Jarrett read an e-mail from a fan, thanking him for beating up Vince Russo, winning back the NWA World Title and attacking Hulk Hogan. A big "WE WANT HOGAN" chant started. Jarrett said he wasn't waiting for the end of the night to find out who Jimmy Hart brought to take him out. Jarrett called out Hart. AJ Styles came out instead. Styles told Jarrett he deserved a rematch. Jarrett told Styles he was now at the bottom of the barrel in TNA and told him to enter the X Division tournament instead. Styles said he put the X Division on the map in TNA. Styles went into the ring to go after Jarrett, but security prevented him from doing so. Red Shirt Security then hit the ring, along with Don Callis. They removed Styles from the ring and threw him out of the building. Jarrett continued speaking in the ring, telling Hart to bring out whoever. Dusty Rhodes then came out. Jarrett knocked off his hat and said he wasn't "worthy." Jarrett left the ring with Don Callis and Rhodes staring him down.
- Sonny Siaki & Ekmo w/ Trinity defeated Danny Doring & Roadkill when Ekmo gave Roadkill a superkick followed by a splah off the top rope for the win. After the match, Siaki got on the mic and told Gilberti that he and Ekmo would take care of America's Most Wanted next week, not Diamond & Swinger.
- Outside of the arena, Scott Hudson was with Jimmy Hart. Hudson said everyone wants to know who is in the limo. Hart then said the people should not only wonder who is in the limo, but the who is in the Hummer as it pulled up alongside it.
Kid Kash defeated Abyss in a First Blood-Chair on Top of a Pole Match when the referee called for the bell when he noticed blood coming off of Abyss when Kash had previously set up a chair in the corner and moved out of the way, causing Abyss to charge into it and open him up. Abyss then took out Kash with a steel chair shot, gave the referee a backbreaker and beat down Kash some more. Security hit the ring, but Abyss gave one the Black Hole Slam and another a chokeslam on the chair.
- Another advertisement by Shane Douglas was shown. Douglas was shown talking to someone off camera and said he could be the "new franchise" very soon.
- Raven defeated Vampiro w/ James Mitchell in a Blood Gallows Of Retribution Match - the first person to hang their opponent over the top rope and pass out would be the winner. Lots of brawling between the two both inside and out of the ring. At one point, Vampiro had Raven over the top rope and the referee checked on Raven until he fought back and eventually threw Vampiro over, causing Vampiro to pass out and give Raven the win. After the match, James Mitchell tried to throw fire at Raven but missed. CM Punk and Julio Dinero hit the ring and scared Mitchell off. Raven told Punk and Dinero to go away as he wanted to deal with the situation on his own. Raven got on the mic and said he wanted to face James Mitchell next week in a Last Man Standing match.
- Mike Tenay and Don West announced the big X Division Invitational Triple Chance Tournament. A battle royal will take place on November 5th to determine the top five seeds. The winner of the battle royal will move into the finals automatcially, while the remaining four will move onto qualifying matches on November 12th. Then on November 19th the winner of the battle royal and two remaining winners of the qualifying matches will compete in a Triple Threat Match to determine the #1 contender for the X Title. Participants will be announced on NWATNA.com very soon.
- Jeff Jarrett came to the ring with his newly won NWA World Heavyweight Title and two guitars, demanding Jimmy Hart show his surprises for tonight. Hart came out and he introduced a good friend of Hulk Hogan's...Hacksaw Jim Duggan!
- Jeff Jarrett defeated Hacksaw Jim Duggan when Duggan went for his 2x4, Don Callis ran out and distracted him, allowing Jarrett to knock out Duggan with a guitar shot to get the pin. After the match, Red Shirt Security pulled Duggan out of the ring. Jarrett called Hart back out and said he was ready for Hulk Hogan. Hart said Jarrett still had one more surprise left. Rick Steiner came into the ring behind Jarrett and Hart told him to turn around as the match began with Steiner hitting a big clothesline.
- Rick Steiner defeated Jeff Jarrett via DQ when Steiner hit a big suplex and attempted to hit his bulldog off the top, but Jarrett pulled the referee in the way. Jarrett then grabbed his guitar and smashed it over the head of Steiner, but the referee saw it and called for the bell.
Jarrett got back on the mic and begged for Jimmy Hart to come to the ring. Hart came out on stage and told Jarrett he got lucky tonight. Hart said he had a huge announcement to make. He said that next week, Jeff Jarrett would be facing the returning Sting. The show went off the air as Jarrett had a shocked look on his face.
