MWF "AMERICAN OUTLAW" RESULTS - June 6th, 2008

OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE

The Metropolis Wrestling Federation returned to the location
of it's first show, Saint Francis of Paola Lyceum, in a huge way,
the show dubbed "American Outlaw" did not disappoint the fans, as they nearly drowned
out the wrestlers' enterance songs.

The first match was to determine the number
one contender for the MWF World Heavyweight Title, as Dirty Dan Dillinger,
Bobby Vee (Making a one night return appearance), "Mr. Sexxxy" Jessie Stanson (who changed his name from
Tristian, to his real name), K-Von Brown, Necro Black, Capt. USA (His actual ring name
is not known at press time), and a few new faces, all fought to gain
an opportunity to take on the World Champion, at a later date.

Outlasting 15 other wrestlers, Dirty Dan Dillinger won it all, eliminating Vince Steele
for the win. Steele didn't take it lightly, as there will now be
a one on one matchup between Dillinger and Steele for the Number One Contendership.

The first official matchup of the evening was a one on one
match between two bitter rivals, as Jay Cortez faced off against
Dainja730. A 10-minute matchup that saw enough back and forth action
to make any boxing promoter jealous, it all came to a
end when Russell from Hollywood interfered, costing Dainja the match.

As if you couldn't feel enough tension in the air, for
one night only, K-Von Brown and Necro Black teamed up against
the returning Bobby Vee, who returned for only one night, and the
Number One Contender, thus far, Dirty Dan Dillinger. An intense matchup, that saw a mixture
of speed and power on display, and in the end, Bobby Vee and Dillinger walked away
victoriously, posing and taunting Necro, K-Von, and the crowd.

The third match of the evening saw Corey Thorr take
on Vince Steele, one on one. This battle was a hard fought one, seeing Thorr
dominate Steele, Steele comeback on Thorr, and Darksyde doing play by play,
calling Vince Steele a "Swagger Jacker". By the end, Thorr's conquest to victory
was complete, as he sealed the deal and put Vince
Steele away for the win. How will this affect Steele's
psyche and game, going into the Number One Contender's Matchup on the 28th?
Only one way to find that out, and that is to be there,Saturday, June 28th, at
Saint Cecilia's Schoolyard, 24 North Henry Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222.

Lucious Lance and Russell from Hollywood had some unfinished
business with "Mr. Sexxxy" Jessie Stanson, as they called
him out to challenge him to a match. MWF's Intergender Champion
got the surprise of a lifetime, when "Mr. Sexxxy" came out with an
Intergender Title of his own. But nothing could prepare "Mr. Sexxxy" and Lucious Lance
for the surprise MWF had to offer, as Cherry Delight, making her MWF Debut,
came out and made the challenge a "Manage a' trois"?! The match was underway,
seeing everything from Russell helping his man out, to Cherry besting Lance, to
a Catfight between Cherry and Jessie! When it was all said and done,
"Cherry D" had scored the victory, getting the pin on Jessie, and winning
the Tri-State Intergender Title.

Capt. USA (his actual in-ring name is not known at press time) faced off against
D. Kronic, in a 10-minute war that saw Kronic taken to his limits,
and the Capt. thrown from pillar to post. By the end, the Capt.,
who was at a great disadvantage, took home the victory.

The next match was one of the most highly anticipated matches of the
evening, as Mad Dog Joe Stone faced off against his oldest
nemesis, Tiberias, with Jay Cortez, in a one on one Chain Match.
The rules of the match, like a bull-rope match, the first one to touch all
four corners, or top turnbuckles, of the ring would be
declared the victor. The match was a 35-minute classic, that saw
Mad Dog and Tiberias give it their all, and dish out punishment
like none have seen before. While the match was in it's greatest
form, it did have it's fair share of controversy, as both men managed to touch
ALL FOUR corners, at the same time. Special guest referee Bobby Vee
could not decide on a winner, as the fans wanted
Mad Dog to win, but, Mr. Vee could not ignore that Tiberias also touched
the corners as well. The match was ordered by Bobby Vee to restart,
it didn't take long to finish, as Mad Dog hit Tiberias with a sitout powerbomb
to secure the win. The fans had witnessed the battle of their
lives, as both men shook hands, out of respect for one another.
Mad Dog then went on to thank the fans who have supported his promotions,
both in the past and present, and went into his retirement gracefully.

The final match of the evening had come to this, a one on one
war between two giants, as "The Last Outlaw" Ron Price came to Saint Francis
to take on MWF's World Heavyweight Champion, "Darkaveli The Champ", Lucifer Darksyde.
This was a match of power, of pure brutality, a meshing of styles,
and a fight like none other, as Price and Darksyde took
the fight inside and outside the ring, almost to the street, and beyond.
Price's smash-mouth, in-your-face style evenly matched Darksyde's, as they went
from technique to all out brawling. Mr. Frank Wood, Price's Manager, intervened
at certain points of the match, choking Darksyde with his cane,
distracting the ref to give Price the upper hand,
but all his "helping" cost Price, big time, as he tossed his cane to Price,
and it landed in the hands of Darksyde. Darksyde used the
cane to hit Price, costing him the victory in his first title defense,
but not costing him the belt. To the fans' apporval, Darksyde posed
in the ring, along side Thorr and Dillinger, for fans to take pics,
until Price came in, and attacked Darksyde, Thorr, and Dillinger with Mr. Wood's cane.
Darksyde rolled out of the ring, and challenged Price
to a one on one match, his second title defense, and it was accepted,
so June 28th, 2008, Saturday, there will be a World Heavyweight Title match,
and the commissioner has ordered that the match will be
a "Lumberjack Match" to determine the winner, and the President himself,
Mad Dog, has promised that this time there will be a clear cut winner.
Who will walk out of Saint Cecilia's Schoolyard the MWF World Champion?
There is only one way to findout, and that is to come down on the 28th of June,
and get your tickets, they will still be $5, the cheapest ticket
