"Global Domination" shaping up to be a historic night in Lima, Ohio.

First match signed!!!

On Saturday Night, September 6th in Lima, Ohio the level of violence between the Global Wrestling Alliance & Wrestling And Respect will go to a whole new level never before seen in the history of both the GWA and WAR. The hatred each promotion has for each other and the battle for dominance has waged on with now for the very first time a "Fans Bring a Weapons" Match has been signed for "Global Domination".

"Metal Head" Steve Stone & "Bad Attitude" Brian Beech laid down the challenge at the June 28th event and it has now been signed for September 6th in Lima, Ohio at the UAW Hall on Bellefontaine Ave. This match will not be for the faint of heart and guarantees to go down as one of the most violent matches ever at the UAW Hall.

On the GWA side you have Hardcore Craig and Brandon Blaze and on the WAR side you have Steve Stone and Brian Beech. All four men are no strangers to each other and have battled each other tooth and nail for the past few months. Now they want to raise the stakes and permanently dismantle each other and lay claim that either the GWA or WAR will reign supreme.

2nd match signed!!!

Dusty Dillinger formally announced his plans today to face Robby Starr at "Global Domination" on September 6th at the UAW Hall in Lima to send a message that no-one crosses Dusty Dillinger and The Global Wrestling Alliance.

Nearly a month after falling victim to Stamp Lickage’s chokeslam through a table and being beaten down by The Postmaster’s kendo stick, Dusty Dillinger finally addressed the GWA fans by saying that he’s had enough. “What happened at "Free For All" will never happen again," Dusty Dillinger said with confidence. "We’re gonna take the necessary steps to ensure that WAR Wrestling is rid from Lima for good."

Dillinger says that much of his hatred coming out of "Free For All" comes from GWA Wrestler Robby Starr interfering in the 3 on 2 GWA vs. WAR handicap match. "What makes Robby Starr, a guy that works for me, think that he can come out and try to cost 3 of my guys a match against Brian Beech and Steve Stone?" Dillinger says. "I’m sending a message to everyone that thinks the GWA is going to put up with Starr’s actions. Robby Starr is going to learn the hard way that you don’t cross the GWA. Everyone is going to learn to start showing me respect and I’m going to start by making Robby Starr respect me. Come September 6th" You’ll know exactly why it’s called Global Domination."

The July Wrestler of The Month could not be reached for comment but we do know that he will be on hand for Global Domination. Fans and wrestlers alike have been debating for the past month whether Starr is with WAR Wrestling, or if he interfered just to "do the right thing." While Starr hasn’t made any public comment on the matter, one could only assume that WAR Wrestling is going to support Robby Starr in his match against The WAR Champion.

With so much hostility between the two factions, the question remains who will make it out on top on September 6th. Will Dusty’s guarantee of Global Domination become reality, or will WAR Wrestling be able to pull together and mount some serious offense at this crucial event?

Third Match Signed!!!

Sources from the Global Wrestling Alliance announced today that Matt Mason will compete against Stamp Lickage at Global Domination on September 6, 2008 at the UAW Hall in Lima, Ohio.

Ever since Matt Mason lost against The Michigan Invasion at the March 8th event, GWA Owner Dusty Dillinger has been disappointed with Mason’s performance. At "The Ultimate Test" Dusty Dillinger changed the "Metal Head" Steve Stone Vs. Hardcore Craig match to Matt Mason vs. Steve Stone in hopes that Matt Mason would redeem himself. "The Hot Commodity" was unable to defeat Steve Stone. Although he tried to make up for his loss by interfering to help Dillinger in the main event against Andrew "Test" Martin, his actions were not enough as Dusty was knocked out with a big boot and pinned for the three count.

As punishment, Dusty Dillinger decreed that there would be no more main events for Matt Mason, and that Matt Mason was getting dropped to being the first match of the card. Dillinger made a match pitting Mason against WAR Wrestler Gutter in the first match at "Free For All". Although Mason fought hard, he ended up submitting and losing the match. At the end of the night, he ran in to help Dusty Dillinger defeat Stamp Lickage. However, he was unable to fend off the Postmaster and his kendo stick. As a result, Dusty Dillinger suffered a devastating chokeslam through a table at the hands of Stamp Lickage.

As a last ditch effort to light a fire under Mason and teach WAR Wrestling a lesson, Matt Mason will be facing off against Stamp Lickage. Will Matt Mason be able to live up to the Global Domination name and bring in another victory for the Global Wrestling Alliance, or will Stamp Lickage send "The Hot Commodity" home signed, sealed, and delivered?

It all goes down on September 6th, 2008 at the UAW Hall 1440 Bellefontaine Ave. in Lima Ohio.

"No, he isn't hanging up his boots and giving up the wrestling habit. Jerry is a humble legend who is just offering wrestling fans an opportunity to own a pair of his tights. Tights that he wore in the X Cup Final in TNA and in his legendary match with Sean Waltman in the Sacrifice 2005 TNA PPV, just to mention a couple of matches.

Just take the link below and check out this auction. Yes these really are his own personal tights and you can own a piece of the Legend!

This Saturday, August 9th the fallout from last months "Scars and Stripes" begins as AAW presents "Fade To Black". After crowning a new Heavyweight champion last month a new era in AAW is about to be ushered in and on August 8th AAW once again puts the best talent in the midwest in the ring to do battle. Let's take a closer look at the card.

AAW HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE

TYLER BLACK (c)

vs
JOSH RAYMOND

Last month Tyler Black finally got his revenge and his redemption when he pinned former champion Jerry Lynn to become only the second man to hold the AAW Heavyweight Title on two occasions. Black, who is widely regarded as one of the top young talents in professional wrestling today must now realize that he has a target on his back and every AAW star will be gunning for him. The first man to get a shot will be the 2008 "Fate of Eight" tournament winner Josh Raymond. Since winning the tournament in back in May, Raymond (who was once known as fan favorite Josh Abercrombie) has shown his true colors as a lying and smarmy individual. Raymond has been at odds with Silas Young and last month walked out of their match only to come back and jump Silas from behind. Raymond's explanation for his new attitude is his new love who's identity is still a mystery. No one can deny however that Josh Raymond is a gifted performer and is more than capable of defeating the champion. These two men have had classic battles throughout the area in the past and now the rivalry comes to AAW. Many are speculating that Raymond chose now to cash in his title shot since he believes he has Black's number having defeated him before. Will we finally learn the identity of Raymond's mystery girl? Will Tyler Black be able to turn back the challenge of his old nemesis or will Josh Raymond walk out of Berwyn with the AAW Heavyweight Title belt? We will all find out on Saturday.

SIX MAN TAG TEAM MATCH

AAW HERITAGE CHAMPION
KROTCH w/ Nikki

&
AAW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS
ADRENALINE OVERDOSE
Shane Hollister/Bryce Benjamin

vs

JOEY EASTMAN WORLDWIDE
ARIK CANNON

&
THE NORTHSTAR EXPRESS
Ryan Cruz/Darin Corbin w/ Joey Eastman

A big six man tag as Krotch teams with AOD to take on their rivals in Joey Eastman Worldwide. Krotch and Cannon have had a long standing issue and both men want a piece of each other. The Northstar Express dropped the tag titles to Benjamin and Hollister in June and Joey Eastman is said to be livid that they are not getting a shot at the belts on Saturday. The last time we saw Eastman he and the Northstars humiliated the Phoenix Twins by using a loophole in the contract and forcing Tweek to give his brother ten lashes with a leather strap after their match at Scars and Stripes. While that issue seems far from over Eastman insists that he will kill two birds with one stone at "Fade to Black" and take out not only Krotch but also Adrenaline Overdose in one full swoop. Expect a fast paced battle in this match.

JIM JESUS WILL GIVE THE "STATE OF JJ INC ADDRESS"

JJ Inc seems to be in disarray after Scars and Stripes. Not only did Jerry Lynn drop the AAW Heavyweight Title but Danny Daniels and Trik Davis came up short in their bid for the tag team titles. Jim Jesus' group has long been known as the most dominate force in AAW but it appears their reign is coming to an end. Jim Jesus has stated he will have some big announcements at "Fade to Black" and there has been a lot of speculation as to what the power hungry leader of JJ Inc has to say.

CONTENDERS MATCH

SILAS YOUNG

vs
JIMMY JACOBS

With both men having open contracts for "Fade to Black" the AAW committee has decided to pit these two competitors against each other to see who will move up the rankings. Both men are in the top tier of the AAW talent pool and are both former AAW Heritage Champions. A win here will get either man that much closer to a Heavyweight title shot. Will Silas Young be able to stay focused while his feud with Josh Raymond remains in the back of his mind? Will the announcement that he and Valerie Malone are having a child have a bearing on his mental state going into this big match? One thing for sure is you have to be at the top of your game when you face the demented Jimmy Jacobs. He has shown in the past he is capable of just about anything to get ahead. This one has all the makings of a classic match up.

RETURN GRUDGE MATCH

"The Human Massacre"
KEITH WALKER w/ Dave Prazak

vs
"Skullkrusher"
RASCHE BROWN

Fresh off a tour of Japan with Pro Wrestling NOAH, Keith Walker returns to the states to take on his bitter rival, Rasche Brown. These men have been at each others throats for months and their first one on one match up was thrown out when both men put their hand on AAW officials. Now we will see the rematch of the two biggest men in AAW and we have learned provisions will be made to ensure we have clear cut winner at "Fade to Black". Fans of no nonsense, smash mouth wrestling look no further as these men will go toe to toe until one stands triumphant. The fans will no doubt be behind Skullkrusher but do not forget that Dave Prazak will be in Walker's corner.

ALSO APPEARING:

THE PHOENIX TWINS

DANNY DANIELS

TRIK DAVIS

CHANDLER MCCLURE w/ Jordan McEntire

EGOTISTICO FANTASTICO

RYAN BOZ

All this and much more Saturday August 9th at "Fade to Black". Don't miss AAW live and find out why we are…….
