WWE Smackdown & ECW House Show Results - 9/24/08

Hello guys!
I again attended a WWE show in Lisbon, this time was Smackdown and ECW.
- Vladimir Kozlov vs Jeff Hardy
Strong names in the opening match to fire up the crowd. As always, Hardy receives one of the biggest pops of the night and rewards the crowd with a swanton bomb for the win.
- Jesse & Festus vs Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder
I didn't read the spoilers from Smackdown, so I was surprised to see Hawkins and Rider without the tag team belts. Typical tag team match, with Jesse getting beaten for most of the time, and in the makes the hot tag with Festus and they win the match.
- The Brian Kendrick vs Jimmy Wang Yang
Kendrick was alone, without his bodyguard, but that wasn´t a big problem as he won the match with a rollup.
- Michelle McCool & Maria vs Natalya & Maryse
My hands touched the hand of Maria and Michelle... I will never wash my hands again... And Maryse is so hot... Michelle and Maria won the, but I guess the true winners was us, the fans.
-Finlay w/Hornswoggle vs Jack Swagger
I guy behind me asked what was the name of Finlay's opponent. Shame on me, I didn't know the answer. Only after I arrived home I learned his name. Anyway, he tried to create heat with the audience and he was a little successful. Hornswoggle distracted the referee and Finlay hits Swagger with the shillelagh.
After the match, Finlay and Hornswoggle invite about a dozen children to the ring, they play with them, give autographs and took some photos. A night that children will never forget.

- Shelton Benjamin vs R-Truth (US Championship)
R- Truth enters with his "What's up" BS, but the fans were not buying it. Disappointing match from these two, they spent three quarters of the match doing punches and rest holds. I expected much more from them. Shelton wins the match. R-Truth seemed to be bleeding from his hand.
- Matt Hardy vs Mark Henry w/Tony Atlas (No DQ match, ECW Championship)
Great pop for Hardy. Entertaining match, we saw chairs, trash cans, steel steps, even a ladder. Atlas interfered in the match, only to get hit by a chair in his back. Hardy retains with the Twist of Fate.
- Undertaker & Triple H vs Big Show & MVP
Biggest pops of the night for Triple H and, above all, Undertaker. Big Show gets a pretty decent pop as well, but throughout the match he was able to gain heat from the crowd. The good guys wins after a 25 minute match.
