PWO: NEW VIDEO ONLINE: JIMMY DEMARCO - AN A$$ ON ICE

When "Megastar" Marion Fontaine challenged "DeeeLicious" Jimmy DeMarco to a match with any stipulation of DeMarco's choosing for PWO's first annual "Wrestlelution" supercard, little did we know what PWO's resident pervert had planned. The "Prime Minster of Perversion" challenged Fontaine to a "Kiss My Butt" match, where the loser must publicly humiliate themselves by kissing the backside of the winner.

Moments before that match, Pro Wrestling Ohio cameras caught up with a wild and crazy DeMarco, who was not only focused on victory, but on carefully preparing his rump in very unique fashion for its national television debut.

Check out the comments and actions of PWO’s most controversial and unconventional athlete by viewing “Jimmy DeMarco: An A$$ On Ice” at the following link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IX4oqd3borQ

And check out Jimmy DeMarco vs. Marion Fontaine in a “Kiss My Butt” match and much more this Sunday night at 11:00 pm on Sports Time Ohio on PWO TV. AWF WRESTLING
NO EXCUSES
@ BLACKTOWN RSL
SAT 11 OCTOBER, 2008

The Australasian Wrestling Federation (AWF) returns to Blacktown, NSW on Sat 11 October for its final event of 2008 at Blacktown RSL, entitled “No Excuses”.

A huge evening of pro-wrestling action, featuring Australia’s top professional wrestlers has been planned, with all AWF Titles up for grabs.

The main event of the evening will see “Ringmaster of The Freakshow” Il Cognito, take on “Detonation Crew” strong man, Powerhouse Theo with the AWF Australasian Championship on the line.

The last Blacktown RSL event on 6 July saw Il Cognito become Australasian Champion, by pinning “The Detonation Crew’s” TNT in a 4 way bout. Since then Il Cognito has successfully defended the championship against all comers and has led his faction “The Freakshow” to hold the main balance of power in AWF happenings.

Powerhouse Theo comes into Blacktown focused and ready to take the AWF Title. He is looking to bring the Championship back to “The Detonation Crew” and says “The clown is going to be broken down at the hands of the Powerhouse, and the fans will have a champion they can be proud of again.”

In another main event quality bout, stemming from the last Blacktown event, former Australasian Champion and Blacktown local, TNT, will face the brute force of the AWF intruder known as Blakestone. The history between these two has been fierce with Blakestone costing TNT the AWF Title at the July Blacktown event by smashing him in the head with a chair, leaving the opening for Il Cognito to win the title. Since then the two have traded wins at recent events with either man giving an inch. As a result the AWF has sanctioned the Blacktown decider to be a special Best 2 of 3 Match Series, being Fall 1: Pinfall, Fall 2: Anything Goes, Fall 3: Submission. This will be a true test of both men’s versatility and will look for a decisive winner to this brutal rivalry.

In other heart pumping action as part of “No Excuses” event, the riding solo AWF Tag Team Champion, Billy Flyswat will dfend against Steve Ravenous & Kid Dynamite. Bluey Bonza defends his newly acquired Young Lion’s Championship against the sarcastic Max Comic and former champion Jay Law, mixed tag team action will see Alison Wonderland & Massive Q of “The Freakshow” take on the “Australian Made” duo of Shazza McKenzie & Scotty Club plus there will be many surprises on the night.

“No Excuses” is sure to be a top notch evening of pro-wrestling action, so if you are looking for a fun night out , for god’s sake support the Australasian Wrestling Federation “No Excuses” event at Blacktown RSL.

We advise to book early to avoid disappointment as recent AWF events have been turn away sell outs.

Notes:

Both factions faced off.

- TNT accompanied Powerhouse Theo to the ring and told Bonza that the belt was coming to the Crew, but would keep it fair and leave. After a high impact back and forth bout Bluey scored the win with the Bley Thunder Driver. TNT re-entered after the fall and questioned the officiating and said Bluey got lucky, and on 26 Sept at Manly he would teach Bluey a lesson.

- Massive Q and Jason Dacey had a heavy hitting bout, with the girth of Q overcoming after two big splashes.

- Platinum Players Robinson & Ravenous were victorious after powder to the face of Toxin lead to a sneaky win.

- Kyle Seminoff made his return to AWF rings accompanied by manager Mark Williamson. Before the bout the pair taunted the “characters” in the AWF and touted that Seminoff would bring true fighting to AWF. Seminoff lived up to his words and defeated Rob “The Scientist” with a shin crusher submission. Seminoff claimed after the bout he had proved his point and said he’d down anyone in AWF. TNT with Theo entered and challenged him, but Seminoff & Williamson fled and were chased off.

Flyswat scored the win after “Detonation Crew” partners TNT & Theo distracted the ref and grabbed Q while he double leg rolled Toxin from behind for the pin. Afterwoods TNT stated that the tag belts would stay with the Crew, that Blakestone would pay for costing him the AWF Title; via Powerhouse Theo, and that he would beat up Bonza for future Young Lion’s defeat. As the Detonation Crew left Il Cognito entered and berated Toxin & Q for their loss and said that they need to bring the tag belts to the Freakshow, and that he would take care of Club tonight. Club entered and said he would take the title in the main event.

Notes:

AWF NEWSWIRE OCTOBER 2008

- AWF returns to New Zealand October 3 & 4 to set the scene for future events in the country. Representing Australia as part of the Tradition Reigns 8 man tournament to crown the AWF Commonwealth Champion will be will be Jay Law and TNT. Brackets are TNT Vs Levi/Gold, Roger Ventura Vs X Rated Vs El Montana, Jay Law Vs AJ Freely. Full results and details will be up on www.awfwrestling.co.nz after the event.

- Il Cognito's Australasian Championship reign continues strongly, with no losses since winning the belt in July. He is set to face the tough challenges of Powerhouse Theo & Steve Ravenous at upcoming events.

- Bluey Bonza remains the Young Lion's Champion, with strong recent wins over Powerhouse Theo and perhaps the biggest of his career against TNT. At recent events it has been revealed that his new lady friend is Shazza McKenzie, who helped distract Jay Law in the bout where Bonza captured the YLC. Shazza made her AWF in ring debut, defeating the Orient's Aurora at Manly, and was impressive in doing so scoring victory with an overdrive. Shazza will manage the Australian Made Group of Bonza & Surf Club.

- Billy Flyswat is now the sole holder of the AWF Tag Team Titles, as his former partner has left AWF and the Detonation Crew. He successfully defended against Toxin & Q with the help of Theo & TNT at Manly, and will face the Platinum Players and others in 2 on 1 action at upcoming events.

- The TNT-Blakestone rivalry will come to a head at Blacktown RSL, with the both men set to face off in a best 2 of 3 falls bout, being Pinfall, Anything Goes & Submission. Blakestone's Nightmare cohort, Mark Williamson also recently arranged for Kyle Semenoff to appear in AWF action, where he defeated the rising popular young lion, Rob "The Scientist" Best. Semenoff also seems to have old grudges to bear with TNT, with the two having words at Fairy Meadow, with Semenoff bailing out in the end.

- New AWF T-Shirts are available at live events, and will be on the website soon. Designs for AWF, Detonation Crew, Platinum Players, Il Cognito, Powerhouse Theo, Bluey Bonza & TNT are all available. Support your favourite stars and wear their shirts proudly!
