Since its inception and first television taping in October 2007, Pro Wrestling Ohio has slowly grown as the weeks and months progressed. As more and more fans began to discover the original and innovative content PWO offered to the independent wrestling scene, and more and more top-tier wrestlers decided to call Pro Wrestling Ohio their home, PWO continued to take baby steps onward and upward into slowly growing what was once a mere distant dream into a fully functioning operation.
Throughout our first year, fans were introduced to PWO TV. Our audience was treated to one hour of the best talent the area can provide, but new original episodes only premiered on a bi-weekly basis. As PWO continued to grow, and end our first season with the wildly successful Wrestlelution supershow, it was clear PWO TV was ready for the next level. Once PWO TV hits Season 2, you fans receive twice the action.
This Sunday night, tune in to Sports Time Ohio at 11:00 PM for a special rebroadcast of the hellacious Last Man Standing Match between Johnny Gargano and Gregory Iron, as well as the awkward Kiss My Butt Match between “Megastar” Marion Fontaine and “DeeeLicious” Jimmy DeMarco!
Then, Sunday night October 26, tune in for our final installment of Wrestlelution highlights! The self-proclaimed hometown hero Mike Tolar tangles with WWE Hall of Famer Greg “The Hammer” Valentine! In addition, re-live the epic confrontation to crown a first ever PWO Heavyweight Champion as the decade-long relationship between Josh Prohibition & “M-Dogg 20” Matt Cross explodes on its biggest stage yet!
Then, tentatively slated to premiere Sunday, November 2, PWO TV Season 2 officially hits the air! And with season 2 comes a brand NEW episode each and every week! No more reruns, no more rebroadcasts, every week will contain new and original footage of PWO’s top stars!

Risk & Justin Toxic, Scotty Rio, Funky Fresh Boyz (K-Funk & K-Fresh), Johnny “Muscles”, Team Zero (Damien Dragon & Ken Scampi), Nightmare, Vinny the Guido, Foxy Foxxy, Reyna Fyre, Dani, The Voice, Justin Corino, Rhett Titus, Don Tony, Coach Greg, Jerry Fitzwater and Mikey the Security Guard
Scheduled Matches:
Tag Team Grudge Match
Best Bodies, Inc. (“Ultra Sexy” Joe So Delicious & “Masculine Marvel” Sabotage) vs. Mack Daddy Flexx & “The Miracle” Javi-Air
The storied history between Best Bodies, Inc. and Mack Daddy Flexx does not need to be recapped. The bad blood and hatred has flowed through VPW for the longest time. Most recently, Mack Daddy Flexx came within seconds of defeating the leader of Best Bodies, Inc., but the devious tactics of Best Bodies, Inc. ensured that the gold was staying with them. Flexx is still on the title hunt, but is looking for some revenge in the meantime. His partner Javi-air went one on one with Sabotage. Javi-Air was victorious on that occasion, but is still looking to get back in the title hunt after losing to Jason Static a few months back. As we all know, Sabotage and Joe Delicious will not only do anything to keep the belt in the family, but anything to win. This first time ever tag team match is sure to excite!!!
Title Shot Tag Team Gauntlet Match
Funky Fresh Boyz (K-Funk & K-Fresh)
E.J. Risk & Justin Toxic
Suburban SWAT Team (Johnny Suburban & Joey Everlast) w/ Mikey Old School
VTG Enterprises (Scotty Rio & Johnny “Muscles” Marinara) w/ Vinny the Guido
Team Zero (Damien Dragon & Ken Scampi) w/ Foxy Foxxy
The Voice & Nightmare
These six VPW tag teams will be going at it in a VPW first. Prior to the event beginning, all six teams will draw a number. Those numbers will be their entrance order in the match. The first two teams will begin and carry out a standard tag match. Once one team loses, the next team immediately enters the match to compete against the surviving team. This will continue until only one team remains victorious. Minutes after winning the gauntlet, that team will face the VPW Tag Team Champions for the titles. Any of these teams has an equal shot at the gold. The luck of the draw will play a huge factor, but anything can happen. There are so many possible matches that could occur. The two wild cards in this match are Team Zero and Nightmare/Voice. Both teams have teamed up in the past, just not in VPW. Could they have what it takes to go all the way? Who will face Eclipse later in the night??
VPW Tag Team Championship
“The Resurrection of Tag Team Wrestling” Eclipse (Xandar Page & Jay Delta) vs. ????
Eclipse is a tag team that loves to have the advantage at all times. Sadly for them, they have to prepare for six different opponents on October 18th. While Eclipse could in theory be facing an exhausted team by the time the gauntlet is over, Page and Delta don’t know which team that will be. Could this be the night that Eclipse’s stranglehold on the VPW tag team division ends??
Triple Threat Match
Nick Noshus vs. Justin Corino vs. Rhett Titus
Nick Noshus may be undefeated and claim to be unbeatable, but on October 18th, he will be facing two newcomers to VPW. Noshus can brag about his streak all he wants, but it will be interesting to see how he holds up against two people that he’s never competed against. Will the long-standing undefeated streak finally come to a close??
Special Challenge Match
Minyon vs. VSK
The ultra-aggressive Minyon is set to take on VSK in VSK’s first match since his Livewired partner James Sullivan betrayed him. Minyon never shows any mercy in the ring and VSK may be in the wrong place at the wrong time. VSK may also not be mentally ready after the shocking betrayal of his former best friend. Will VSK start his singles career on top or will Minyon take out VSK and nleave him laying in the ring??
Singles Action
James Sullivan vs. Richie Tyler
James Sullivan is definitely on the top of the fans’ hate list. He not only turned his back on his best friend, VSK, but he also betrayed all of his fans. This despicable human being is going to be facing off Richie Tyler. Tyler is a man that stays true to his friends and his fans. We’ll soon see if James Sullivan made the biggest mistake of his life!
Other VPW News:
VPW Champion Jason Static has informed VPW officials that he may or may not “grace the fans with his presence” this Saturday night. Static said that he feels his work-out at the gym may be more worthy of his time than the Long Island fans. VPW feels that Static’s attitude is uncalled for. In closing, Static said that everyone will know he’s there if he’s there and if he’s not, he’s not. One may think that if Static does not show up, he may be doing so in order to avoid a confrontation with Mack Daddy Flexx.
Deer Park Community Center regulars, Coach Greg will be in attendance. For those that were there on July 26th, Nick Noshus got physical with Coach Greg and Coach Greg put him in his place. Will Noshus have the guts to step up to Coach Greg again?
Jerry Fitzwater and his personal security guard, Mikey, will be having a live in-ring Jerry Fitzwater Show. Fitzwater has not yet revealed his guests, but we are sure it will be as entertaining as usual. Let’s see if Mikey has been following Jason Static’s suggested workout regiment.

All VPW DVDs will be on sale this Saturday night, including both July events as well as the September event.
