Everyone at Georgia Wrestling History thanks you for your continued support of our website, as we celebrate our sixth anniversary today. We anticipate making our seventh year the best one yet, as Peach State Pandemonium will return very soon with a load of great guests on deck, and our research projects continue to evolve. There are also two or three surprises we are working on that we hope to unveil over the next year, so please continue to visit our site for updates of great things to come.

NWA Anarchy “Fright Night '08” results from the NWA Arena in Cornelia, GA, with paid attendance of 210: Dynamic Duo (Chad Parham & Seth Delay) won a 6 tag team gauntlet match in 20:14. Bill Behrens did an in-ring interview with Alan Funk. Truitt Fields beat Shaun Tempers (with The Reverend) to retain the NWA Anarchy Television Title in 9 minutes. Daffney (with Bill Behrens) beat Brodie Chase (with Melissa Coates) in 6:16. Slim J beat Adrian Hawkins to become the first Young Lion’s Champion in 10:45. New Wave (Steven Walters & Derrick Driver) beat Jeremy Vain & Mr. Rob Adonis to retain the NWA Anarchy Tag Team Championship in 10:29. Don Matthews decimated Jeff Lewis stand-in Jay Clinton in an impromptu match. Ace Rockwell defeated Kimo (with Jeff G. Bailey) in The Five Minutes of Hell? match by surviving the five minute time limit. Mikal Judas & Shadow Jackson beat Devil’s Rejects (Iceberg & Azrael) with The Reverend) in 13:43. * JackHammer Defeated "The Magnificent One" Shawn Sharpe… After the match, The two wrestlers shook hands…

* "The Blazin Express" Johnny Atlas and Toni Blaze Defeated "Bad Religion's" DZ Hyde and Kid Evil w/Starlight and Bobby Wohlfert after a miscommunication between Evil and Hyde, saw Hyde KC Evil while he was attempting to hit Atlas. After the match, Starlight showed much displeasure with Hyde and slapped him in the face, not once but twice. When Hyde had enough he grabbed the NEW B Valet and was attacked by Evil and Wohlfert….

* Stephen B Esquire w/Juang Lo and J Prep Esquire Defeated "The Cowboy" Cletus Bass to become the NEW WCEW Extreme Champion much to the crowds dismay. It took all the Money Clip members to defeat The Cowboy…



* Former WCW Star and Former WCEW Heavyweight Champion The Stro Defeated "The Rising Star" Brice Anthony. After the Match, The Stro thanked everyone for supporting WCEW over the years and for helping support Indy Wrestling all over the Carolina's….

* Jay Steele returned to WCEW after a 15 month Tour of Iraq and was very vocal after giving 2 kids Birthday Autograph pictures of himself and Hangtime, saying the kids liked a loser like Hangtime who sat on the couch for the last 15 months while he was fighting for our country. Hangtime came out and after some colorful comments the match was on with Hangtime getting the victory only to be attacked by Tracy Gilbert and the Money Clip….

*After the match, Hangtime told the crowd he was beaten up and his arm needed medical attention but first he wanted to be the first to congratulate Former WCEW Star Aaron Devil/Jeff Patton and his lovely girlfriend Karen for their recent engagement…



* Jon Malus then came out for his WCEW Debut and said he was here to fight and called out The Stro to accept his challenge. The Stro was quick to answer and defeated the new star by submission with a Texas Cloverleaf. After the match, Kid Evil and Bobby Wohlfert attacked The Stro and seemed to invite Malus to join their faction…

* Naudia then came to the ring and said she had sat in the lockerroom long enough listening to men downgrade woman and she was here to prove a woman could do anything a man could do. J Prep Esquire then came out and said a woman had 2 places, one was in the kitchen and the second was in his bed and told Naudia to give him a big Kiss. WHAMMMMMMM, while Prep puckered up, Naudia delivered a Thunderous slap to Prep and the match was .. several minutes of action, Naudia got her 1st WCEW Victory over the love stricken Esquire. Esquire left the ring saying he was in love and loved it when his woman played hard to get….

* WCEW New Class Champion Bobby Wohlfert Defeated Aaron Devil's Mystery Opponent "Styxx" in what many said was the match of the night. Wohlfert won the contest with a muscle buster. After the match, Devil told Wohlfert that again next month that he would face yet another opponent of his chosen much to the dismay of the Champion….

* The Young Guns Tag Team of "The Shaq Attack" Shaq Knox and Corey Duncum (Replacing Hangtime) Defeated "The Money Clips" Paco Loco and Tracy Gilbert w/Stephen B Esquire to become the NEW WCEW Tag Team Champions. Towards the end of the match, Hangtime returned to attack Gilbert leaving Loco to fall prey to a Double Flap Jack from Duncum and Knox for the win…
