CHIKARA: Back in Massachusetts with "Cibernetico Begins" on Nov. 15th!
In just over a week, CHIKARA makes its final 2008 visit to the New England region by hitting Framingham (Massachusetts) and Wallingford (Connecticut) one mo' time! So far, we've got one of the year's most anticipated bouts - the 16-man Torneo Cibernetico - on tap for Saturday, November 15th in Framingham at the Civic League. Tomorrow, Vin Gerard must reveal his team's batting order - as under Cibernetico rules, each participant can ONLY tag the person behind them in line. The eliminations continue until just 1 man is left standing...even if that means members of the same squad must do battle. Lined up for the Framingham card:

Hi All,
I just wanted to comment on Joe Bruen's resignation from APCW. First and foremost, I want everyone to know that there are no hard feelings between us at all.
It's true that we have had our financial difficulties in the past, as has every other start-up wrestling orgznization for the last 50 years, but we managed to strive and came through and every show went off without a hitch. And also, we have a confirmed return date of January 17, 2009, again in Seekonk, that is scheduled to go on as planned.
I have received alot of phone calls from many of you regarding the situation, and I sincerely appreciate your support. We are currently restructuring the management team, and going forward, I will be taking on the role that Joe is leaving. I ask that you all have faith my efforts and should anything change between now and January 17, you all will be notified in plenty of time to make other arrangements if neccesary. Also, I ask all of you to forward your contact information to me so I can keep in touch for all future shows.
We are still going to have a spectacular show on Nov. 9. Joe will be there, Gorgeous George will be there, and I hope that all of you will be there giving the fans a great show and a reason to continue to support APCW. The door is still open for Joe to remain as ring announcer, and also I hope he will continue to use us as his venue of choice for the New England Wrestling Hall of Fame ceremonies.
