- Although little is known as of yet, it appears that WWE is set to revive ECW from the dead to put on a pay per view show. The ECW PPV is going to take place on 6/5/05 in New York City at the Hammerstein Ballroom. The ballroom was the site of ECW's final two PPV events.

Many are pushing for Tommy Dreamer and Paul Heyman to be at the wheel of this operation, as this could be a make or break experience for old and new fans of Extreme Championship Wrestling.
