Update regarding Hector Garza's arrest in Houston & his status with TNA
On Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at 5:49 PM EST - El Norte newspaper in Mexico reported earlier today that TNA star Hector Garza's meeting with the court on Monday was postponed until tomorrow (January 12) as two of the prosecuting District Attorneys were unable to make the scheduled meeting. Garza's lawyer is trying to get him released on bail without the threat of deportation before the full charges are resolved.
Garza's brother Humberto described him as very restless knowing that he lost his spot to face Scott Hall at the upcoming TNA Final Resolution PPV this Sunday in Orlando, FL. TNA officials made the decision to replace Garza with Jeff Hardy instead, setting up Hall vs. Hardy with Roddy Piper as the special guest referee.
