Sonjay Dutt & Amazing Red contract status, Jarrett/Feinstein, + Abyss
On Wednesday, January 12, 2005 at 3:38 PM EST - Although not confirmed, it appears both Sonjay Dutt and The Amazing Red's deals with TNA have already expired. Dutt is scheduled to work the Final Resolution PPV this Sunday in Orlando against "Primetime" Elix Skipper. The last TNA appearance Amazing Red made was on the December 3rd edition of Impact! that aired on Fox Sports Net.
- To add on the story we had up this past Monday on WrestleView regarding Jeff Jarrett meeting with Rob Feinstein at the Cyberspace Wrestling Federation event in New Jersey (Click Here if you missed it), a photo of both at the event began to circulate around the internet. One TNA source claimed that when Jarrett took the photo with Feinstein, Jarrett didn't realize who he was and instead thought it was a fan asking for a picture. The same source said Jarrett later realized it was Feinstein and both had a conversation soon after that last around five minutes. Feinstein later denied to PWInsider that Jarrett didn't know who he was the whole time. No matter how you spin it, many people were surprised to see the two on good terms given the situation that took place between TNA and Ring of Honor last year. To see the photo, click here.

- It is funny to note that the announcement on TNAwrestling.com regarding Chris "Abyss" Park leaving the company has since been removed in the "NEWS" section.
I found it even more interesting that the announcement took some searching as it never appeared on the main page and only in the "NEWS" section of the website. I guess they wanted to keep news of Abyss leaving the company quiet for whatever reason.
