-Gabe Sapolsky, head booker for ROH, has posted the following on the ROHwrestling.com message board:

Jack Evans suffered a head and neck injury last night in another promotion. He is being kept in the hospital overnight for observation. Unfortunately, he will be unable to make tonight's event. We hope he has a quick recovery and we'll keep you updated right here.

The Ultimate Endurance will still take place tonight. Roderick Strong will be given the option of choosing another partner or competing as a singles.

We apologize for the lineup change.

Jack was wrestling for Pro Wrestling War in Santa Ana, California. He was using his Biltzkrieg II character, handed down from the original Bitzkrieg, who gained fame in WCW. The only report of the injury I've seen said he was injured attempting his patented 630 senton in a 2 of 3 falls match with Super Dragon, but that should be taken as a rumor at this point.

For those who haven't seen Evans, he is one of, if not the greatest high flyer in wrestling today, and possibly ever. All of us at WrestleView wish Jack a very speedy recovery.
