Johnny Swinger receives official release from NWA TNA -- details inside
On Sunday, February 6, 2005 at 1:50 PM EST -Johnny Swinger, who had been requesting to be released from TNA since the beginning of 2005, finally got his wish earlier this week when the promotion let him go. Swinger recently had been working as a tag team with Glen Gilberti as the NYC.
The team hadn't been used much after Dusty Rhodes took over as booker, as Rhodes reportedly isn't very high on Gilberti.
