- According to an article in yesterday's edition of the Calgary Sun, former WWF Tag Team champion Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart and wife Ellie (daughter of Stu Hart) were both accused of stealing an estimated $10,000 worth of jewelry from the home of a Calgary businessman, John McCann, between March and September of 2004.

In the article, McCann states that the Neidhart's stole jewelry during visits to his home, costing him an upwards of $9,937 to get back from a local pawn shop. Neidhart has yet to file a sworn defense complaint in court, while his wife Ellie called the allegations faultless due to the jewelry belong not to McCann, but to his wife. She also added quote, "If the plaintiff did pay the Pawn Shop Superstore any sum for the jewelry, which is not admitted, then he did so as a voluntary purchaser."
