(Note: This new "ringside revenge" stipulation added means that Rhodes has selected several TNA personalities that will serve as enforces at ringside during the contest to ensure no cheating or interference)

X Division Championship - Ultimate X Challenge
- AJ Styles (c) vs. Christopher Daniels vs. Ron Killings vs. Elix Skipper.

(Note: The stipulation for this match is that it will start out as a tag team match. When one participant is eliminated, it then becomes a triple threat match. After another elimination, the Ultimate X begins between the final two to determine the X Division Champion)

- Kevin Nash vs. The Outlaw (aka Billy Gunn).
