The following questions were answered by Paul Nemer:

Is it true that Trish Stratus was in the adult film business before her WWE run, if not, what did she do?

You know, I get this question quite often, I am not sure where people get the idea that she was. Trish Stratus has never been in the adult film industry and will most likely never be. She won't even pose in playboy, let alone the porn industry. Trish Stratus was a fitness model before entering the WWE.

Why isn't Steve Austin still in the WWE?

Good question, surprisingly not many have asked that in the past. It's a mixture of a few things, money, power, storylines and health. It's obvious there was some contract dispute somewhere, plus Austin and the WWE couldn't agree on ideas concerning the Stone Cold character. But one of the main reasons is that Steve Austin has a bad neck and bad knees. He isn't capable of wrestling like he use to. They gave him a commissioner role for quite some time, but then what? You have to face facts somewhere down the line. Don't get me wrong, I'll back up Steve Austin before backing up the WWE any day. He was their biggest draw in history, they should have at least somewhat listened to his demands.

Is it right that Bret Hart was offered to be a guest referee in Wrestlemania 2002 for the main event between Triple H and Chris Jericho? I heard that he didn't reject it outright but actually thought about it and then rejected it for some reason. If so, do you know the actual reason?

Yes, that is true. The WWE contacted Bret and asked him if he would like to make an appearance at WrestleMania 18 in Toronto Canada to referee the main event. They also told him that Vince McMahon could come out and Bret can knock him out with a punch and put the sharpshooter on him and basically do what he wants. Bret did take some time to think about the offer, since WrestleMania was in Canada and everything, but then declined. Bret said that the WWE just doesn't get it. By him going out at WM 18 and punching Vince would be minimizing what happened to him in 1997 and putting that into a storyline, he said what happened was real and doesn't like the fact that it would end up as a joke.

I saw a match between Bret Hart and Diesel in a steel cage, suddenly the Undertaker came up from under the ring to beat up Diesel. I would like to know what house show or PPV that was?

It was at one of WWF's In Your House PPV (#6). It was held in Louisville, Kentucky on February 18, 1996.

Whatever happened to Bastion Booger and why did he leave the WWF?

Mike Shaw (Bastion Booger) was released by the WWF. Many say that it was Shawn Michaels who tried to get him fired and was successful, since Shawn was always in Vince's ear regardless... After being released, it didn't take Mike long before completely retiring from the wrestling business. Mike now lives with his wife and kids in Detroit Michigan.

Was El Gigante and the Giant Gonzalez the same person?

Yes.
