Breaking News: WWE releases Matt Hardy, & Confirms Rhyno's release
On Monday, April 11, 2005 at 12:22 PM EST The following statement was issued on WWE.com...
"Rhyno and Matt Hardy have been released. World Wrestling Entertainment wishes them well in their future endeavors."
- The release of Rhyno is no suprise after the last week of rumors, however, the release of Matt Hardy comes as a shock.
Obviously the WWE felt that given Hardy's personal, which turned into a public, situation with Edge and Lita, something had to be done to resolve the problem.
