NWA-Wildside to run Final Show on April 30; Owner signs with the WWE
On Sunday, April 17, 2005 at 6:38 PM EST -NWA Wildside will run it's final event, "Last Rites", on April 30th, after Wildside owner Bill Beherns officially signed with WWE. Beherns will oversee the production of the weekly television show that will be run out of the new Georgia developmental promotion.
NWA will continue to run in the Cornelia area, likely under new ownership. Many of the Wildside workers will likely end up working for the new promotion.
